"Perfect Stop Over"

We needed a place to stay the night prior to our sailing from Dunkerque to Dover. The Ibis is just over an hour's drive from the port and is just off the motorway ,so really convenient. Parking is directly outside the building and there's a pleasant square opposite with cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Our room was compact ,but very clean and functional with free WiFi . The shower was excellent and again very clean.There are snacks available 24hours and a buffet breakfast is served downstairs for an extra cost (9euros). We would definitely stay there again if we were travelling through.

It's a hotel Ibis, so you should more or less know what you get inside - basic, clean, simple decor. The room we were staying in had a slight vinegar smell. Shower was good, TV seemed to have lots of channels, the bed was comfortable enough. Didn't try the restaurant.The building itself is very pretty, and located a short walk from the centre of town.Watch out if you want the internet, though: it's a confusing set up and may cause you to register for mobile roaming with you realising it.

good central position. market on saturday on the doorstep. pleasant stay good nights sleep and no noise.
