Went to see a show at York Barbican which is only 5 minutes walk from hotel.So hotel is great location for the Barbican.Approx 15 minute walk to city centre.Reception,bar,and restaurant staff were all very pleasent and helpful. Room was good and clean.£10 charge for 48 hours .You can leave your car even after check out.Did not go looking for problems and did not find any.Would definitely stay in Novotel York again

Novotel York Centre: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Rays Short Break"

Very family friendly and welcoming Hotel which the staff make it, rooms fairly equipt with everything you need, just a shame wifi is chargeable.The breakfast is worth every penny. Superb locatiot for that short walk into the York centre, Mason Arms Pub a must.
