The hotel needs to be redone. Bathroom with a tub and shower curtains?! Door stripped down to bare wood. No attention to details. Carpet stained and dreary. When will we see real bed sheets and not the comforter thingy - grrr!Most of the reception staff is friendly and helpful - although some are very indifferent and "very French" - therefore they do not make you feel welcome. The lunch/dinner served in the restaurant is quite sad in terms of selection. The food is generally micro-waved five-alarm hot - I burned my mouth I don't know how many times - even with the dessert - apple crumble - if that is what you can call three thin slices of apple with a few breadcrumbs and cinnamon... I had no choice but to reuse my sopping wet towels during my 3 day stay - I was forced to accept their optional/kind environmentally friendly policies. P.S The towels smelt like vinegar.No coffee/tea/cookie freebies - like in the Campanile Hotels. Location dangerous if returning alone by tram at midnight - shady characters were hiding out behind the various buildings in the industrial zone...Bye Bye Ibis Hotel - I won't be back and I will avoid your chain of hotels all together.

You know when you stay at any large chain Hotel like this what to expect and as a result this site didn't let itself or its parent down. However, don't expect too much because if you do you will be dissappointed. Having driven 670 miles the day we stayed here all we wanted was a comfortable bed, a shower that worked and somehting satisfying to eat and on all three counts the site delivered.
