"Good for familu"
10th July 2012, Toronto, Ontario, Canada
It was a big room that could be separated with a sliliding door.We were a family of four. My husbnd and I took a double bed and my 2 kids took a 2 single beds with a separate toilet and a sink which could be separated. It was like having a suite room. very spacious and onky 2 or 3 subway stops from opera which is the center of the paris. good convenient locatio and free breakfast. definitely recommend for families.
"Good value, friendly service"

Nice hotel in the Bercy area of Paris (ease Paris, next to Bercy arena). Good connection to centre Paris through line 14.Friendly staff, rooms OK
"Ok hotel for an overnight stay after a concert at Bercy"
10th June 2012, Concertgoer515, Turku
Attended a concert at Bercy, so the location of the hotel was perfect for that. Otherwise It's a bit far from the sights, but you can get around using the metro. The hotel staff in the reception was "a bit" on the rude side, but in the end got the info I needed. I travel a lot, so I guess I was expecting to feel more welcome. ;) The free wi-fi and complimentary coffee in the lobby were nice. The rooms were very, very, very small with virtually no space for the suitcase, but on the bright side the bed was big and comfy. In general the hotel is average/ok, It's nice, but besides the location, no big pluses.
"Not bad for Paris"
21st May 2012, bigtrip85, Greenville, South Carolina, USA
I was pleased that this hotel, which is so close to the Bercy Train Station, was not a dive or seedy hotel. It was clean, located not far from the Metro station (Bercey) and just 150M from the Gare de Bercy. I had just traveled from the south via train that had terminated at this station and it was a welcome site that the hotel was so close that a taxi ride was ridiculous. The Rue de Bercy is a decent quiet street that I was very comfortable walking around on. The location was not romantic, but for 1.7 euro and a 300M walk to the Metro, and lastly a 5 minute ride on the Metro, I was at the Grand Magazins of Paris and the National Opera. So if you already know Paris and looking for a inexpensive (by Paris Standards) place to sleep safely and comfortably then this is good selection. Do not expect great or spacious accommodation but do expect cleanliness and ample room for 2 people.
"Room available too late & noisy"
4th May 2012, andylita2003, Bucharest, Romania
Even @ 13:15, after waiting 15 min in the lobby I could not receive access to the room. I had to attend later a meeting and was forced to shave and change clothes in the public toilette... During the night it was massive noise coming from the elevator. Also the 3 beds room is rather a joke... The 3rd bed is extremely small and unfriendly.
"perfect location"
27th April 2012, Basel
This is the perfect place for a weekend trip to Paris (if you arrive at Gare De Lyon) - very good value for money. Your close to the Metro and the surrounding, ie Parc De Bercy, is nice.
"Family with young children"
11th April 2012, Luxembourg City, Luxembourg
Our room was excellent - children had separate bedroom with own toilet. Nice, clean rooms, great basic breakfast. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues if needed.
"good hotel w/ reasonable prices"
27th February 2012, seoul
quiet , near to subway and wi-fi services All Seasons Paris Bercy is good choice for family and business. The bad points are that the breakfast has no vegetables and there is norefrigerator in the room.
"Poor Facility, but convenient location & receptionits are nice"
25th January 2012, Paris, France
No fridge or kettle in room, unfortunately I found with slightly lower price with those items in room later near to Galy de Lyon where much more convenient & good location than Bercy. Comparing to this price with poor facility in room, price is not reasonable. Breakfast is really poor & no change. Not good for business long stay ppl. Room is clean & tiny.
"Convenient for Bercy Station"
20th October 2011
We mainly booked the hotel for its closenest to the Paris Bercy railway station and for the price. Rooms were good for the price. The hotel is close to a metro station which allowed for easy access from Orly airport and to the rest of Paris. Couldnt book in early but staff were very helpful in storing our baggage. Breakfast was included and surprisingly good. I will stay again.
"Worst night's sleep I've had for a while"
17th September 2011, London
We stayed for a one night stopover on the way back to London. The air conditioning in our room barely worked, so the room was very warm. We told reception of this before we went out to eat and they said an engineer would sort it out, but when we returned it still wasn't working. The room windows are chained shut, so they don't provide sufficient ventilation either. As a result we didn't sleep much at all.Next morning when I asked for a refund of at least some of what we had paid for the room, they refunded about £10, which I find disappointing.
"Generally - YES"

I came with my mum, it was a pleasurable experience during check-in. The front desk staff was nice and helpful and very informative regarding the facilities and service in the hotel. But it was quite a nightmare when I checked out, a long queue was formed so I went to the A-club privilege desk (I had an A-club privilege card) but no one paid attention on me and a lady came to pick up the phone in front of me but she didn't have any action so it made no difference that I waited for a normal queue or the A-club corner. I wasn't being treated with privilege, that's a let down. The hospitality corner was definitely a plus but seems like the hotel guests didn't really care about the cleanliness and took the service for granted. Yet, the staffs didn't really clean the coffee spills and the left coffee cups at once either. If they expect the guests behave themselves, they should have put on a sign 'keep the corner as how you would like to find it'. Something like that. The internet was a bit too slow but I understand if it's sharing with other guests then I won't expect a light speed service. I wouldn't complaint as it's FREE.The room I stayed with my mum was clean and being made up every day - typical chain hotels standard. Free bottled water ready on the desk every day.The free breakfast was light but plentiful. Free squeeze-yourself orange juice and yummy croissant pleased my mum a great deal.
"Good location, nice rooms, bit a bit noisy"
15th June 2011, Wassenaar
I stayed in the hotel for two nights in June and overall, the experience was very good, I particularly appreciate the free WiFi. Three minor points, though. The hotel is right next to the Palais Omnisport in Bercy, so I did not expect some noise. Despite the fact that there was a concert during one of the nights, the noise from the audience coming put of the concert hall was barely noticable. Suprisingly, most of the noise in the hotel room came from the elevators and the adjacent bathrooms. So if you have the chance, ask for a room a bit away from the elevator shaft. The room was nice and decorated in a very modern way, which apparently did lot leave any shelves or wardrobes to put the clothes. Odd. The breakfast is not one of the strengths of the hotel. Very little choice on the buffet (ham, cheese and pre-packaged jam), missing items not quickly replaced. But at least it is included in the room rate.
