"how to handle customers ?"

As a customer support engineer in the semicon business I have contact with high demanding customers on a daily base...if I would talk to a customer the way one of your staff did to me I would be looking for a new job.Me and my wife were relaxing at the pool. In once on of your staff shouted from the other side of the terras (app 40 meters away from us) if we were having a room in the hotel. The was other people enjoying the sun and it was really embarassing the way she shouted and the tone of her voice was really rude. I was shy towards the other customers. She could have walk up to us and ask or room number in a quiet private way if she really needed to be sure we were stating in the hotel instead of embarhassing my wife and my towards the other customers.For the rest is the hotel very clean, quiet by night and a good bed. On minor defect in the shower but nothing to really complain about.

Very nice location, just in front of CarreFour Centre. Good ambience and very nice staff. Rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable. As a traveler, I would more appreciate if I have my own fridge so not to go down the bar and order drinks.
