My stay was pleasant, beds comfy, room was clean. If I were to suggest improvements would be: lower cost of mini-bar: ridiculous priceshave working night table lights - mine were not workingtowels were rather 'worn', for the reputation of a high quality hotel, i found some of the towels were thin & worn. Other than that no complaints was a pleasant stay & staff was friendly and helpful. Food at conference was very good.

"Friday Night Basketball In Toronto"

My son and I attended the Raptors game at the ACC on Friday night. We checked in to the hotel snd the staff was great. The location of the hotel is really nice for anything going on at ACC. When we come back for another game we will be looking to stay once again at the Novotel Toronto Centre

Right at Toronto city centre. Stuffs are very friendly. We were upgraded to executive room which is a bit extra for us. The wifi service is free. Car park cost $23 per day. Definitely will stay again!!!

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. Everyone was helpful and courteous. The morning brunch was delicious and our server was very good. The location to the Eatons Centre and dining options was awesome. A swaggy time was had by all.

The Novotel was a fine place to spend a couple of nights while attending an event in downtown Toronto. The common spaces look a little nicer than the rooms themselves, but it was fine. I did not use the pool or eat at the buffet so couldn't comment on those aspects of the hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Although we were on the 3rd floor facing a very noisy restaurant and their outdoor patio, we never heard a thing. Very quiet. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is located in a strategic location to access all the sights. My stay was very good and the breakfast is the best of all the hotels I've been to so far. The rooms are nicely furnished, and the staff is very nice and friendly.

This is a perfect location in downtown Toronto, be it for business or leisure. In walking distance to Union railway and subway stations and to most places to go in Toronto. It provides reasonable value for money within the usual Novotel standards. The flipsides? The pool could have been cleaner and the rooms show their age. Nevertheless, I would stay there again.
