Great place to stay

This is a very convenient location. We daily used the subway to the union station area. Rooms were very nice and beds very comfy. The people in the breakfast buffet area were absolutely lovely and accommodating. I’d give them a 20 star!!!

Over a well located place for my work

The staff are absolutely friendly. Close to my office, Novotel is an ideal location for my work purposes. I am not 100% happy with the two nights sleep, since I was woken up by big noise early in the morning. Not sure what it was, but my colleagues told me they heard the same thing. Also, I think the bedding wasn't very refresh for the first night, since I can see some stain on the blanket corner. The last minor thing is, the USB charging station on the bed side wasn't working. It took me a while to get my device charged alternatively.

The hotel is well located for me. My stay was satisfactory.

My only complaint is on going and the same as previous stays in the hotel. I rate the bath room plumbing as poor. The shower velocity needs to be increased. The low profile poor flush toilet should be replaced with a high profile syphon jet flushing toilet. I am a 6 ft. male. Your low profile toilets are possibly suitable for a child but not an adult. The toilet is what is considered in the industry to be poor flush. The water usage in your toilets is high because the flushing action requires more water than a syphon jet and delivers poor results.

Hotel looking tired

I have stayed at this hotel in the past, but it has been several years. The hotel is looking worn and tired and is in need of a refresh. Parking used to be included and is now being charged at $21 per day. The hotel main doors are locked at 1am and I had to bang on the doors for 5 minutes before someone came and opened them. HVAC stopped working halfway through my stay. Overall, not impressed with this hotel for what they are charging.
