"Excellent value for money"

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds, very quiet for a good night's sleep. Excellent value, a good cooked breakfast, available until midday so no need to rush. Altogether very restful and a lovely place to stay.

"shopping trip to Manchester"

Great service and atmosphere. Very welcoming staff. love this hotel because of its location. Like the pub at the top of the hill. Rooms are clean and beds are really comfy. Breakfast is great. It as lots of different choices whether it be a cooked breakfast, fruit, cerial or toast each as much as you want. waiter service with tea or coffee and the service is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble.

"Family Reunion"

Fabulous weekend, the staff at the Novotel were welcoming, friendly and helpful as always. Will return.PS. My young grandchildren enjoyed the garden with the play facilities and what a good use of the swimming pool to create a sunken garden.

"decent hotel"

attended for two nights whilst going to a wedding nearby.hotel staff booked us in a room away from noise in the hotel due to weddings within the hotel itself. room was comfortable, decent size however was quite dark, mainly due to trees around the hotel. the toilet was seperate to the nice bathroom and looked a bit tired.staff were pleasant and breakfast was excellent if not quite hot. good value for money.

"Very basic problems"

It happened to be a hot day, the room was very hot and although there was a control for airconditioning, it didn't work. We asked reception how to, and were told there was no airconditioning but were offered a fan for the room, which we accepted but it wasn't very effective. The other basic problem we had that there was no free wi fi in the hotel. Staff were very helpful and kind.

"Try out of the city centre."

Good location, for Manchester and Motorways if driving. A well equipped gym and comfortably sized rooms, if not new they were spotless. Excellent, friendly service from all the staff, although the hotel was busy. We would be happy to visit again.

"Great room, good hotel, good location - way too hot!!!"

Everything is always good about this hotel except that it is always way too hot inside, especially in the rooms! Outside temperature was around 15C with cloud and light rain, lobby was around 22C, corridors around 26C and room from 25C to 28C with all the heating thermostats turned to the lowest settings... Window was a safely window and so only opened a couple of inches, then needed to open the curtains and the nets to allow a tiny amount of fresh air into the room. After leaving the window open all night, room temperature fell to around 24C by 08:00BST the next morning!

"Great Location, and service with a smile."

Yet again, this hotel has delivered on all fronts. The staff are first class, and always friendly and approachable. The breakfast was a fantastic way to start the day. Lovely choice and quality.I will come and again and recommend to all. Thanks for everything.

"Wedding night"

Lots of family and friends stayed at this hotel on the night of my wedding. Everyone said how nice the hotel was and how friendly and accommodating the staff were. I asked staff if they could take thank you cards cards to the rooms of my friends and family and they very kindly did so. The rooms were nice and clean and the kids outside play area was a huge success with the young guests. The hotel was enjoyed by all. I would 100% recommend.

"Feel Good February"

Novotel Manchester West is consistently excellent, we have been staying there for 17 years and can recommend it. The service is always good whether at reception, in the bar or restaurant. It is located conveniently for motorway access North, West, East or South. There is a pub nearby but to be honest the atmosphere in the bar is usually good. Novotel is without doubt a very professional outfit that meets all expectations with regard to service and customer needs.
