"Great Location, and service with a smile."

Yet again, this hotel has delivered on all fronts. The staff are first class, and always friendly and approachable. The breakfast was a fantastic way to start the day. Lovely choice and quality.I will come and again and recommend to all. Thanks for everything.

"Wedding night"

Lots of family and friends stayed at this hotel on the night of my wedding. Everyone said how nice the hotel was and how friendly and accommodating the staff were. I asked staff if they could take thank you cards cards to the rooms of my friends and family and they very kindly did so. The rooms were nice and clean and the kids outside play area was a huge success with the young guests. The hotel was enjoyed by all. I would 100% recommend.

"Feel Good February"

Novotel Manchester West is consistently excellent, we have been staying there for 17 years and can recommend it. The service is always good whether at reception, in the bar or restaurant. It is located conveniently for motorway access North, West, East or South. There is a pub nearby but to be honest the atmosphere in the bar is usually good. Novotel is without doubt a very professional outfit that meets all expectations with regard to service and customer needs.

staff were fantastic. had a perfect wedding day. food was amazing. rooms were lovely.thanks to everyone who made our day perfect in every way.room was clean and what made it extra special was the champers and flowers on our wedding night.

Nice hotel as you would expect from this Hotel chain.Was a bit disapointed in the morning at breakfast. There was coach trip at breakfast just before I arrived and there were a few problems with milk runing out, ordered tea and got coffee so gave up and left.

"Comfortable hotel - service a little hit and miss"

Good place to sleep - but can't recommend eating here they didn't have my menu selection - portions were inadequate and served on convex plates - lost half my food on the table ( about a spoonful !) Food mediocre and overpriced. Breakfast is ok though

We stayed as a group of 6 in 3 rooms as we came up to Manchester for a Bon Jovi concert. All our rooms were clean and well presented and provided all we needed. Grounds looked lovely and the staff we're very helpfull and all areas were kept clean and tidy.

"4 Nights in Manchester"

Your hotel is idealy situated for our stay ,we both lived in the area 50 years ago and we were able to visit places we went to in our youth. The hotel provides exelent service the resturant is very good and not a bad wine list. WE have stayed in many Novotel hotels all over France but I feel this is the best we have stayed in so far.Only one complaint,the bath room for a disabled person is not suitable, showers in baths are difficult and dangerous. Otherwise we had a very pleasant stay with a paticular mention of Mr.Halit Eyric who was paticularly helpfull,Kind regardsAnthony Meadowcroft

A good hotel for my purpose. The car park was convenient and very reassuring to know that it was secure. Staff were friendly and efficient. The decor and fabric was a little tired thoughoverall, very good. I'd use the hotel again if I was in the area.

"One night in Greater Manchester"

Booked online with AccorHotels.com; prompt check-in on arrival at hotel. Room was clean - dual shower head option in bathroom was excellent. Pub next door but did not use as had curry with friends at Mogul, Whitefield (recommended). Did not eat hotel breakfast, nothing against this hotel in particular, I just consider hotels breakfasts to be poor value for money the world over.
