"Service that lives up to the Accor spirit"

We had a great stay in Mercure Paris Montparnasse hotel. The gentleman at the reception, who checked us in and out, is simply accommodating and professional. Arriving early in the morning, we were given a room before the normal check-in time, which saved us the trouble of wondering around or sitting away our time in the hotel lobby. Small gestures like this are exactly what it takes to render customers loyal. The staff in the restaurant are equally helpful and courteous. The location of the property, the quality of the bed and the buffet breakfast are definitely the reasons for us to return to this hotel. Bravo to the management for making the staff happy, as happy staff makes a happy customer!

The hotel is very good located near Tour Montparnasse and just in 3 minutes from metro. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are decorated in modern style, really clean and quite comfortable. Very good breakfasts in restaurant, but could be a bit cheaper.It wasn't my first staying in Mercure Paris Montparnasse and each time I'm completely satisfied with level of service and comfort. Highly recommended.

My boyfriend & I stayed here on a Friday night as it is very convenient for Montparnasse Station (we were getting the train out at 8am the next morning). Its on a great street for bars & restaurants but the hotel is extremely quiet so we weren't kept awake by the party after we'd gone to bed. The hotel staff were very polite & friendly. The hotel was very clean and our room was fairly large. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel.I'd say it would be a good place to stay for a weekend break as its close to many of the metro lines - there are three different metro stations within 5 mins of the hotel.

This was a goodchioce for our weekend in Paris. We were able to get a great rate for out two nights stay and this helped us to keep within our budget. It was centrally located and ideal for us as we used the metro to get around . A small farmers market was located at the end of the road on Saturday and we were able to buy cheese, yoghurt and fresh bread that was simply heavenly. Our only criticism is that the staff on the front desk were not always very knowledgeable about how to get around the city.
