My wife and I stayed 5 nights the first week of May 2012 and everyone was friendly and helpful all week. To my surprise, my car battery was dead when I checked out early on 5/5.I went back to the desk and told them of my plight. I expected them to call some sevice but instead the male and female desk clerk came out and originally tried to push me for a jump start. When that didn't work, they got jumper cables and the young lady brought her car around and we got the car started. This exceeded all of my expectations and I hope they get some recognition as a result of this post. Thanks.

Nice hotel - good location - BUT wrong that breakfeast not included in price and internet very expencieve. Free internet in lobby, didnt always work, slow and inconvienent. Internet should be free, atleast cabled.

Stopped here 1 night to and from our Slovenia destination. Comfort of rooms and hotel generally great. Lacking a bit of variety in the menu as it was the same half dozen or so items as the Ibis hotel in Aachen where we also stayed on the way out and back. My wife was dissapointed by the fact that Martini Rosso was not available in either location

The room is big, spacious and clean. The location is convenient with a cinemaplex and shopping centre across the road, and main train station just a few minutes away. Another few minutes from the station is the old town/riverside area. The underground parking is good, and staff are friendly. Highly recommended.
