"Very pleasant stay"

We enjoyed the usual good relation IBIS standard between quality and price. We appreciated an hour extra extension of our check out time (including our privat parking). We also liked the easy access to and from the hotel from the highway.Only one minor remark due to fact the restaurant was unable to charge our dinner to the room.

This hotel is well placed, no more than 10 minutes from the Lille Eurostar station.Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. The buffet breakfast is more than adequate. The rooms are as you find in France, small but all you need is there.
"Noisy and staff"

I stayed one night and i thought there was a riot outs side all night, the noise from the street and the hotel kept me up. I suppose it did not help that there was an athletics convention on and the hotel was full of teenagers. I also thought i had booked a room for two adults and would have got two single beds. No we had a double bed and with two men who were not related it was a little awkward.

The hotel location was excellent with the close proximity to the railway stations and the town centre. The breakfast meals were excellent. I was disappointed when asking if there was a laundry in the hotel to wash clothes, I was told that there was not one available. When I asked where the closest public laundry/laundromat was, the staff were not able to tell me.I was also disappointed when asking to use an iron, that there was only one available. When it was returned it did not work.
