The hotel was very clean, staff friendly, buffet breakfast was ok, used a rental car so public transportation was not used - a train station was right outside hotel.

I think, we got a down grade room type, as said in the web that 'there is a bath tub'.. but we only got shower in the room.... though, we are supposted to be up graded as we are Gold Club holder ??However, appreciated that the room was available when we arrive ( very early .. about 9 am ).

The hotel is in a good location, close to the airport, but further from the city, I was give free wifi, and the buffet breakfast was great.Friendly and helpful staff.

Best Novotel hotel I ever stayed in comparing to Novotel hotels in France, Spain and Germany.The restaurant is nice and the breakfast is extremely good compared to the price level. Also the very convenient parking area is a plus !But most importantly - the service from waiters was outstanding !

Great location with tram to and from the Airport and City right outside the front door. Standard business rooms and internet works well. Breakfast massively overpriced and frankly leaving guest to drink a coffee in their rooms with paper cups isnt a 4 star hotel standard.

Good hotel. Close proximity to airport. Public transportation close by. However, lady who checked us in was rather unwarrantedly unfriendly and extremely rude. Checkout personnel on the other hand was rather helpful.

hi, i spent some nights here because of my business trip to Zurich. i wouldn't like to stay in the city centre because Zurich have a lot of speed cameras that got you after just 5 km/h over the maximum speed that is at 30 km/h for most of the city centre street . this hotel is really clean and service are fantastic, the price is a little bit over the average but is normal in switzerland and included in my business room the wifi and minibar for free. as i said excellence for a reasonable price (for business reason)

A standard-fare hotel offering, clean, comfortable and predictable services but in the middle of a an uninspiring concrete jungle. Zurich is expensive and this hotel is no exception, the charged breakfast is expensive for what is offered and what might be consumed. Service is ok but very impersonal, facilities ok (wireless LAN access is without charge to guests but seems complex to organise). Nothing about the hotel or its staff is so remarkable that it will stick positively in the visitor's mind, which is disappointing.

Today, internet is much more important than TV or telephone. It would be better if free wifi is available in the room, especially for this new modern type hotel. The breakfast is good and have different varity. It is more convenient with the tram. The tram station is just in front of door of hotel.

Good: convenient transportation (tram station in front of the hotel, 8 minutes from airport, 28 min from Zurich HB), breakfast was excellent, good room, safe in the room, Nespresso, minibar included in my rate. Hotel easily accessible to drive to other cities in Switzerland w/o having to enter Zurich.Not so good: 28 minutes commute to Zurich HB, bathroom somehow small ( but this is the standard in Switzerland), internet speed was slow. Service at front desk was slow both at check-in &check-out

We always enjoy staying at the Novotel. The location with tram right in front is ideal for a visit to zurich. The staff are very helpful and friendly. During our last stay I got the impression that your level is slipping and I would like to inform you of some issues that can be improved:1. We booked for 3 people. The room was prepared for only 2 (towels, cups ..)2. The carpet was rather dirty with a large stain visible.3. We asked for extra pillows, but there was only one available.4. The mini fridge did not work.

Breakfast was excellent and close to the airport. Room size was too small for family room with 2 children. Room were not setup for the family size requested. The bathroom need to be renovated, below average standard.

Hotel is very convenient when travelling to and from Zürich Airport. Room was well equipped, clean and quiet.Maybe due to the late arrival hour 22.30 hrs the lady who checked me in was not friendly.Having said this checking-out was the other way around.Breakfast is expensive and badly managed. According to the hotel this was due to two groups with busses. For me no excuse.

My only issue with this hotel is their advertisement. They advertised a shuttle to the airport which was exactly what I had wanted due to an early flight but when we arrived we were told to take the Tram--which was an extra cost.I probably would not stay here again. If a tourist, I would be closer to town, if needing an early flight I would have stayed at the Radisson within the Airport.But the service, personnel, decor and friendliness could not be topped.

I booked the hotel and saw on Kayak that a shuttle service to the airport is provided. I found out that this was not the case. However if the hotel would indicate that they are only a short ride from the airport by tram guests would save a 5 minute 25 Dollar cab ride.
