"Good location"

Situated in a very good location,I think the hotel is more for business than relaxation,the rooms are a bit on the small side with small wardrobe and cupboard space,having said that the place was very clean,and beds were comfy, staff were welcoming.There was a tiny reception/bar downstairs. But all in all a pleasent place to stay

A warm welcome by an English speaking receptionist, room and key card wre available immediately; no fuss at all.Room was adequate, clean and comfortable.Breakfast was varied and exactly what you'd hope for.

The location was excellant.The staff were friendly and efficient.The rooms were small but very adequate.The hotel was very quiet.Breakfast was ok.Children friendly, perhaps not the best for a romantic weekend.

Great situation, close to cheap public parking and a broad selection of cafes etc. A good stop on the way south to break the journey. Also close to the porcelain museum. Easy to find.Has a decent Bistro service for evening meal if required.

Hotel great except that you can not get twin rooms online which was frustrating. Even more so they would not change to twin. In the other Ibis's I stayed in nothing was too much trouble. I felt when asking to change the beds it was an imposition all I got was you can't ask for twins online. I then said why did previous Ibis Hotels make this change for me.THe answaer was the same you can't ask for twin beds online. I was not happy.
