Lovely hotel with great location and service ..... Nadine at the desk was wonderful with all the info's and help.....The room was neat, clean and well serviced... the plus is free mini bar with Beers and Wines...Walking distance to all the sight seeing places and good choice of restaurants around to dine.... had a wonderful stay will come back ..

"Hotel Makes up for dodgy area"

The hotel is a 4min walk to the Hbf which is convenient but the vicinity is quite rough.. not representative of the real Munich.. but a short walk and you're in a better neighbourhood in every direction. The hotel is nice, very Mercure coloured decor but kinda cool. The staff are standout nice and typically efficient, breakfast was good and dinner in the restaurant was decent in terms of quality and value. Oh and if you have a-club they provide a beer and snacks free in the minibar...nice !!

"Service sliding"

I stayed here 4 years ago with my whole family (four rooms) and had a great time. I returned this month with my wife only to find that the service has deteriorated. Staff were unfriendly, room was not ready on time and we were not offered any apology. It might have been a 'bad day' but I will most certainly not return again.The location is not in the best part of town but convenient to the station and not too far from the centre of town. Ideal if you are compensated with good service (which we obviously did not get this time).

We stayed at the hotel one night. The location is very close to the HaufBahnhof. Rooms are large and clean. We were surprised to be informed that the minibar with soft drinks are free of charge.The staff is kind and they allow us late checkout (14pm)

The hotel is a good establishment. People are very polite and are always available. The location is good, is in a central region. The room is very comfortable. I think the hotel is a four star. Would you recommend this hotel for those who want a good hotel with a good price.

i was expecting that the hotel is near the main central station but you have to a walk along distance, and it is not opposite to it as mentioned in the site..positive things: breakfast delicious although the space is smallthe rooms are clean but small in size, bath room exellent

"Very good location and price"

I stayed 2 times in 2 weeks, in different rooms, so I will make my review based on both stays.Room: very large (about 25m2/room). Cleaned every day (here I have a complain, the first morning the cleaning lady knocked on the door around 8:30 :()Breakfast: very good, a wide range of choices, for all tastes.Reception: very helpful, all the time. It is very close to the central train station (actually, all sorts of public transport, U-bahn, S-bahn, tramway). Now the negative parts: - there are some shady characters in the area, even some people sleeping on the street nearby. - if you have a room on the street side, bad luck. Nearby there are 2 hostels, and the noise can be heared even with closed windows, after midnight.

"One of the best Mercure Hotels"

The hotel have a very strong colors schema when you arrive, but the rooms space and decoration are gorgeous, the bathrooms as well.Location to less than 100mts from Centra Station make it very easy to move around the city.The breakfast was wonderful, a lot of very good quality food.For sure if I would have the change will be back there!!!

Having stayed in other Mercure hotels before, this one was a treat as we booked the privilege room. It is well worth it as the room is a lot bigger, wi-fi is free and the minibar is also free of charge!

"Nice getaway"

We stayed in this hotel for a few days with a good value for mooney deal that included breakfast (otherswise it's expensive)/Everything was quite well, we found a few incredible nice staff at reception that helped us t find some things in town but we wouldn't have found otherwise. Was nice to have minibad drinks included. One suggestion - to put more STILL (not carbonated) water. Actually that is the only thing we used from mini bar.

A very good hotel located just next to Munich main train station! (No need for taxi or public transportation, even with luggages). The staff was extremely nice and smily. The room was very good, clean, and everything was working. The minibar was also already included in the price. The breakfast was excellent for every taste. I will definately go there again if I pass by Munich!!

Very handy for the rail station and associated underground services. Not too far to walk to the city centre if you don't want to use public transport. Supermarkets nearby to purchase provisions.Free mini bar in room good, occasional problems with top up of tea bags and milk but no other problems otherwise. The breakfast in hotel is comprehensive but expensive unless you are really hungry.

"Because of illness,I couldn't travel to München at all...."

Unfortunatelly,I had to cancel my trip because of illness.As it was a special offer and prepayed in November (258 €).It was neither possible to get the money back,nor to postpone my prepayed nights for later dates....So I lost this amount which was not a good start of this year,especially,that I lost my job at the same time.Best regards,Éva Lengyel
