Room small but clean. Shower good toilet clean. Room warm enough without needing heating. Bed comfortable. Staff very helpfull and friendly. Position close to Gare de Nord /Metro and several good Bistros. I would stay again. Breakfast good. But 24hr food only microwave type.

The hotel was as we had expected. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was fresh and adequate. Very convenient location less that 5 minutes from Gare du Nord.

The location is very good but the room is too small to accommodate even two 29" baggages. Also, no water kettle and hair dryer brings some inconvenience to me. Overall it is not bad but still has alot of rooms for improvement.
"Sleepless nights"

We stayed at Ibis Paris near Gare du Nord metro station and had 2 sleepless nights. The air conditioner did not work at all, or not sure if that was the maximum air that came from the A/c dent....the first night we where not able to sleep completely., went to the manager and complained the next day morning and she asked us to change for another room., took all our luggage and went to the other one and again the room was not chill at all and had only heat waves inside so 2nd day too ended sleeplessly.... people who are used to air conditioner, plz don't book this hotel and end ur trip with sleepless nights (especially if u r visiting paris during summer months)

Good location near Gare de Nord with easy access to rail and metro services (about 10min walk). Friendly staff and very helpful (who speak English). accommodation was good, bed very comfortable. Didn't try the food. Have baggage store for your luggage on your last day so you can go and enjoy yourself and pick your luggage up later.

It is positioned well. The service is good and the romm conditions are good. We had a good experience there. As it is close to Gare du Nord, the Metro and RER connections are excellent. To visit Paris or to go to Airport is not a problem.

I had a lot of questions about travel for the staff of this hotel and they were all happy and eager to help. Great staff. The TV in our room did not work. The toilet seat lid would not stay up by itsself due to improper installation. I doubt that our room had air conditioning. The taxi driver they called for us to go to the airport could not have been nicer or more efficient. The hotel is under renovation so I expect it will be better in future.

I am used to stay Accor hotels and Ibis. Some of them are very simple but delivery a decent service. Ibis Paris Gare du Nord La Fayette is out of the curve: it is just terrible in every aspects. To be fair, staying in this hotel only makes sense if you want to be near to Gare du Nord.
