The La Veranda restaurant is situated between the swimming pool and the lobby. This is the great place to taste the different cuisine of mediterranean countries. Buffet and à la carte service (breakfast - midday - dinner)

The location is very good, the cleanliness of the rooms has to improve, specially the carpet. The mattress are too soft and need to be looked at. The power socket has to be connected separately, if you switch off the lights the power socket also gets off. If you're charging a mobile or laptop while you sleep with lights off it doesn't work
I'm a long time member of Accor Hotels program but this stay is worse one i have experienced. I had a twin room booked for 2 nights using Accor website. On arrival it turned out that i need to wait for about 1 hour as my room was not available yet at 9pm (booking confirmed and paid in advance). No welcome drink was offered despite my high accor status. Next day droped my laundry at 9am and supposed to be ready for my same evening - received it on my checkout next day desite several calls to laundry service and reception. I will never stay in this hotel ever. Extra rating for breakfast which was pretty good and included in room rate (normal price of 110 SAR for is way too much.
1st room was very old, smelly ond totally decrepit. Next room was "freshly renovated" but the bathroom was still decrepit and the renovation not done professionally, e.g. wall painting was exfoliating.Also big dirt spot on carpet, slow and instable internet connection, no chair for the desk. I did not get my Bonus Points for ACCOR Loyality Program, even if they told me they will do...

No towels 2. electric socket not working 3. green substance in the kettle 4. dirty cups 5. pubic hair on the drinks in the minibar 6. dirty sofa 7. loose wires in the bathroom 8. trying to charge double for breakfast 9. wanting to charge for the pepsi can I took from the minibar and then took to the reception when I found the pubic hair on it 10. not showing any signs of caring when you complain: not a single sorry, not even from the manager when I stormed into his office to moan about the overcharging. Accor: please not the huge number of complaints about this hotel and DO SOMETHING!
It is a very poor managed hotel, I stayed for 5 nights every evening I had to call after returning from the visit outside to ask for the towels. which would come after 15 = 20 mins I had to wait till then for a bath. even till 6 pm no towels were provided. very bad house keeping service. will never would like to stay in future in this hotel. had asked for a pick up for which was ready to pay but was flatly refused. absolutely pathetic experience at this cost
I stayed here for two nights and I was given a renovated room. A nightmare! AC was not working (in Jeddah it's usefull and basic in a 4 star hotel), room was dirty, not cleaned at all between the two nights, service unprofessional from the staff. Stress yourself to find another option than this Al Hamra by Pullman!
It is too late to call the room at 11.30 at night to apologise for your incompetence. The cost of a room far exceeds the quality of service. As well as arguing with the poorly trained manager: The bath was dirty; thankfully didn't have time to take one. the phone for room service didn't work: had to do a diverted call via reception. The food - very expensive - would have been over priced at half the price. In short: a 1 star hotel pretending to be something better than it is. Never again.
I thought that by choosing Pulmann, this would have been the guarantee of beautiful place. In fact they are refurbishing the hotel. I have not been disturbed by this, but existing room are in very poor condition. Wall paper is collapsing, carpet is dirty, bathroom... I was very disappointed.

I checked in last week, room assigned was superior and surprisingly condition was terrible, water leaks in the toilet and not to mention the smell and dirty. This hotel does not even provide equipment to boil water. I am sorry but i will never stay here again. Usually i never critics on any hotel previously but this is very unaccepta

Everything was good but always the guys forget to send a fruit basket and the newspaper..this is not the first time and I have to speak with the manager every time to take action and he takes immediate action,
