I was a wonderful experience from the minute we checked in till the day we checked out! Staff’s were always helpful especially federick and the staff who checked us in. Even the lady making the beds were joyful and helpful when we were locked out of our room. We had an early checked out on the 17 and the guy even helped us backed breakfast for our early morning check out 😊😉 It’s a hotel that makes you feel completely like home 👍🏼 Keep up the good work Ibis team ❤️

Very small rooms, typical of all Ibis hotels. Very good breakfast. A strange problem with my reservation, (It was registered three times, showing I had reserved trice the required rooms) was promptly and efficiently resolved by your very friendly receptionist. Parking not suitable for medium-sized cars.

Great location next to the Lourdes Gare Station (5-10 min). The grotto was like a 15 min walk, and it was close to everything else in the center of town. The staff were very cordial and quite helpful. The rooms and the entire hotel are very clean and well maintained. Great breakfast. We had four adults in our group, so we stayed in 2 separate rooms and we were quite pleased. The next time I return to Lourdes, I am definitely staying here. Merci beaucoup pour tout!
