"comfortable, clean and affordable"

Employees were most kind and helpful. It was clean as expected and easy to find. We would stay there again. I did find out that Ibis reservations made in advance are not refundable or changeable if you get discount prices more than 30 days in advance so make no mistakes in making reservations early. Breakfast at 9euros in all the Ibis is high but worth it because it's very difficult to get coffee as we Americans like it and Ibis is unlimited in their breakfast items which include everything but cooked foods. They had an egg quiche and crepes with chocolate and jellies. The breakfast is very plentiful.

Excellent stay during a rugby weekend. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Great location, riverside with a few minutes stroll to the old part of town.Only issue is not with the hotel, but with the site. I couldn't see a way to stipulate I wanted a twin room and when I sent a follow up e-mail, it wasn't forwarded to the hotel. They sorted it immediately, but it could have been very inconvenient.

Very clean, very friendly staff. But 72 EUR without breakfast was expensive for a noisy room and a very unconfortable bed.Bath room equipped with very small shower of which the shower curtains sticked to your body.

When reviewing 2 Star hotels it is important to keep a sense of perspective. This is the best 2 star hotel I have stayed in and is far better than many so-called 3 star. Excellent quiet position a short stroll from the centre. Nice patio area. Late bar. friendly and polite staff.

This is our second visit to Ibis Brive and we were not disappointed. We received a warm welcome from the receptionist. We enjoyed having one of the balcony rooms which are also quite spacious. The hotel is ideally situated facing the river, opposite a large free public car park and a short pleasant walk along the river to the town centre. We will certainly go again.
