The hotel is in a very good central location and regarding room/service quality one of the best from this chain I had seen (although not too many - ~10 or so). The price was a bit on a high side though for location and dates - not sure I had chosen it if being on my own, not campany's budget :)

I have stayed at this hotel many times, but this time there were more problems than usual. Firstly bthe heating was not working.. This was immediately fixed to my satisfaction, However, the hotel had just installed new TVs, and I found that my TV had an annoying habit of defaulting back to the hotel's information channel. Sometimed there would be no problem all day. On onther days this would happen every 2 minutes. I complained many times about this, but the technician's response was ineffective. The other problem was that since this was low season, the hotel was carrying out upgrades and renovations, so ptomptyly at 0900h all sorts of construction noise would start. This can be a problem to anybody who wants to sleep late after enjoying the night life. A friend of mine was staying in another room. He reported similar problems with heating, TV and noise, but in addition, he experienced cockroaches and vermin.. I know that many hotels have his problem. It seems there were some apertures in the floor of his room that needed sealing.

Cool pool area. Very good restaurant - excellent breakfast and good dinner. Friendly staff. Big room but the air-conditioning was below standard. The days were hot outside though but still. The ceiling in the parking was very low (the limit 1,65-1,85 meters).
