WiFi is for additional 9EUR/day if you wish to have it in your room. Free WiFi is available only in lobby.Air conditioning woke me up always early in the morning (around 5:30AM) and the room was quite cold (sure it was top floor and the temperatures outside were freezing but still...).For the price I would expect much more.Personnel was very friendly and solved everything very fast and as I expected.

Whilst the hotel was simple, modern and clean, the noise outside was incredible. It is in a great locations, right near town, but it was on the main dual carriaged road, and the rooms had no air-con so we had to open the window so we didn't melt. This meant that we could hear all the traffic and I had to sleep most of the night with tissue paper in my ears trying to block out the noise! Make sure you ask for a room away from the road!

the Ibis Ulm seems to be in a dreary place on arrival. However it is in fact very convenient. The car park was good but a bit pricey(12 euros). The staff were very helpful about maps ,directions and advice. The only thing that would be better is an extra towel for hand and hair drying. Otherwise this was a standard Ibis which was well located and comfortable.

I arrived Ulm with a hot summer week. The outside weather was nice like 32 degree in the day time, but there is no air condition service in hotel. When I went back to hotel around 20:00, the temperature in the room is still warm (due to my room is facing west and get sun baking for whole afternoon), I have to take a cold shower then open up window, wake till 23:00 then I can feel better to go to sleep... Should I say I am lucky with this good weather or unlucky with no air-condition?

Check in and out was quick and easy with a friendly and helpful staff. The location is not far from the city centre. We ordered a late snack from the kitchen and received quick and professional service even though the single staff member (manning the desk, kitchen, and bar) was very busy. Impressive!

We booked the hotel as it was close to Legoland. We only stayed for one night but the hotel is located on a very busy street, plus the noise of construction at the time didn't help. We also had to circle around the major streets in order to get onto the side of the hotel to drop off our things, before parking. There is a little bakery next door but major restaurants are a bit of a walk. It was clean and the room was your average sized room in Germany, nothing special.

Handy for both train station & town centre.Problem was when window open - street noise: trams, lorries & even pedestrians! Not conducive to sleep. Probably not an issue if on a higher floor, not facing main street or visiting in winter.

I couldn't spend my holidays in the hotel, because I got sick.They not only charged me the room (I reserved a room with a special price), but even the breakfast (100 euros).I'll try to be refunded for the breakfast I didn't consumed!
