Amin and Rana - Convenient location, Very helpful staff! I was stuck in the airport area overnight and this place saved me from having to stay up for two days. Breakfast available, clean rooms. Overall reception staff was great and cheap car park

I usually stay at Premier Inn but their internet is so slow 1/2 mb. I’ve wrote many emails with no response over 15 years. Appalling. Ibis has 85mb - comfortable beds - food very good and staff really professional. Location a bit difficult to get too - but worth the effort.

Great location, comfy bed, decent bathroom, quiet, great breakfast, rubbish parking app

Excellent value for money. Breakfast was great, staff were nice. The parking app is rubbish. I arrived to check in about 22:30. I didn't notice the parking signs explaining the app at first and had to switch my phone torch on to read them. I then had to download a new app since it's not a common one (phone and pay). I had to first register the app by entering all my details, but it didn't work properly, then I added my car, then add my credit card, then add all my details again, it crashed a little (even though I have the latest Samsung phone) as the app is rubbish, so I entered my details a third time. When I then finally set up a parking session it didn't show on the app screen or give a confirmation, so I did it again, but at least it then said I shouldn't do this twice. I really can't fault the hotel but these parking apps are terrible. I have it now if I go back, but I also don't want to keep the app on the off chance that I go back to that hotel. Get rid of the stupid app and have a quick log-in screen on entry to the hotel. Problem solved.
