"Reasonable value"

The Ibis Hotel in Osnabruck offers a reasonable value for your money. The rooms are clean and more or less as expected. There is no minibar in the rooms and the lack of vending machines on the floors means that you will have to go to the bar to get a drink. The rooms offer wireless internet connection at an extra charge but the bandwidth seems insufficient. The restuarant is clean and efficient but it does lack atmosphere and can seem a bit cold and lonely.

We are greatful for all comments so that we can, if possible, work on all recommandations and/or comments to make your stay even more comfortable.Based on requests of guests we had to remove the vending machines off the floors, due to the noice that kept disturbing. Therefore we now offer a bottle of water in each room as well as 24 hours bar service, so that you have the wide variation of our bar drinks. A minibar in the room is not conform with the product Ibis and would also make the standard size even tighter than already mentioned. The wireless lan is in all rooms for a charge available and regarding the bandwidth we got in touch with our provider yesterday to follow up your advice, that we are very greatful for. In our lobby we offer all guests a free of charge terminal to use the internet and to print documents. Beginning of September we have a special deal, so we will include the w-lan for all guests. Our renovation of the hotel was finished in March this year and our restaurant and bar got a new modern style,which does not meet everyone´s taste. Nevertheless I am sure our staff is always helpful and welcomes you with a warm welcome, so that the cold and lonely atmosphere will soon change.

It was our 2. stay at the hotel and we noticed that it has been improved since last time. The service was excelent as it was last time. Good area for walking your dog. We will be back .

Hotel comfortable and clean. Young lady named Karin on reception an absolute delight. Gentleman running the restaurant could not have been more helpful and the chef prepared food that was just amazing.Altogether a very enjoyable experience.
