"delicious meal"

we have been here before and little has changed, it remains a good and now reliable hotel for us. However attracted by the gourmet meals advertised on the net we ate in the restaurant on the first evening and were sufficiently impressed by the service, the food and the wine that we went back the following night and had exactly the same meal all over again.

"Novotel Les Halles"

Excellent location, sitting on major subway and train lines, reaching major attractions within 30 minutes. Good service overall, staff with good command in English, but standard of housekeeping fluctuates a little bit.

"Stay at Novotel Les Halles, Paris"

I have never written a poor hotel review before, and I travel a lot. Stayed at this hotel many times before, on business. So I know the hotel very well. When sending the direct booking I requested a parking place for my car.They never replied and when I arrived, driving from London, I found that the underground parking was no longer available due to redevelopment .Alternative parking was quite a way away..This concern got worse when 'non entry' concrete blocks were placed at the Hotel drive entrance.. This gave us problems putting our luggage in the car at the end of our stay.The staff at reception were slow and unconcerned . It took me 30 minutes+ to check out due to a customer in front of me complaining. Novotel staff were not concerned about others having to wait a longtime. I had to find an alternative member of staff to assist me.The que for Breakfast was unacceptable. Que to check in for breakfast. The staff then expected us to sign for the breakfast then join another que to be seated. I Don't think so. we found our breakfast in a nearby restaurant. This is no way to treat customers in a 4 star hotel. Me, nor my company will ever use this hoterl again.Bob Knight

"Impressed"

Extremely helpful and pleasant staff. Great location. Found the room quite warm during winter but thankfully I was able to open a window which allowed the room to cool down.The breakfast buffet was rather ordinary.The service in the bar was poor, had to constantly chase the staff for drinks.

Perfectly good quality business hotel. My only minor personal gripes were that reception was understaffed (1 person only) when I checked in and out which slowed things up, there is no fitness room, and there was construction noise in the morning on my side of the hotel. Despite all that I wouls still stay again.

"It is a good accor hotel"

the hotel is good, as all accor hotels. well located at les halles with a train and subway station right under the hotel. the surrounding area is full of shops, cafes and restaurants.the room is ok. other hotels less rated than novotel in Paris have the same room quality, so you just pay for the hotel flag. but in the overall the room and services are good and this is what counts.

"Great location!"

Great location n very helpful staffs. Except the wifi problem. Both of us have each cellphones n IPads , but the room wifi only allow any of the two items to log in, therefore after we log in into our cell phone; we are not allow to log in into our iPads, even though we try to log out n log in into the other one, we can't log in till the next 24 hours.

We really appreciated to stay at your hotel at Les Halles again. The personel was very friendly and helpfull as always. Due to the constructionworks at Les Halles we had a bit of noise in the early morning. We hope to return next year.

Novotel Paris Les Halles has a nice, friendly and helpful staff, parking in the vicinity (2 streets from the hotel, with a reduced fee for hotel guests), a really luxurious breakfast, clean and comfortable room and bathroom with separate toilet, very good beds, and very important : we had a quiet room!The hotel is situated between Centre Pompidou and the Louvre museum in the vicinity of Montmartre, the Tuileries Gardens, the river Seine, and on walking distance from the Eifel tower.Next time we go to Paris we know where to stay :-) ; at the Novotel Paris Les Halles...nice staff, parking in vicinity, luxurious breakfast, clean and comfortable room and bathroom with separate toilet, very good beds, quiet room. Next time we go to Paris we know where to stay :-)

We staid recently with my wife in Novotel Paris Les Halles for a long week-end. We had staid there a long time ago so know the location, Les Halles, which is excellent from the public transport point of view. Our experience corresponded to our expectations for a hotel of this category. We had an executive room which is relatively large (in Parisian scale), clean, calm and well equipped. The negative comments relate to the practicality: there is very limited space for keeping clothing and belongings, as there was only one narrow cupboard. Also the sleek design of the washing basin in the bathroom was nice to look but allowed very little space for anything.
