"Comfortable and well priced"

Large room and bathroom, excellent breakfast and service. Located close to a metro station (Pca España) but with difficult access - better use Santo Spirito. To improve is the dinner service. Good value for money.

The hotel is a little out of the centre but convenient for metro and bus station.It is listed in the Lisbon brochure as 4* but is really 3* and the service and quality of accommodation was inconsistent.We booked a room for 3 adults and 1 child and paid extra for the extra adult, but the bedding was not suitable - one large double bed plus 1 small sofa bed which was really only big enough for 1 person. No foldaway beds were available so one of us slept on the floor on cushions and a spare blanket!The room was incredibly hot and the fan only blew out hot air - even when the controller was set to 5 degrees!The bathroom was very good.The breakfast buffet was very good.Bar service was very very poor - on each night we had to find staff to serve us.The bedroom door lock (electronic key card) did not work properly and did not always lock when the door was closed.

I stayed 4 mights on a business trip. I found the place very good. My room was large, comfortable and really very nice. Everything was at it should be. Maybe nothing really fantastic, but I found not even a minor defect.

Perfect hotel for what I needed. Good proximity to the Congress Centre and also centre of town. Taxis are very cheap e.g. 15 minute journey costs around €7.The standard of the hotel was excellent. Very comfortable, good facilities and breakfast choice superb.I'd stay here for personal use too...it was actually busy with families whilst I was there so that's a good sign.

Very good hotel, at walking distance from metro station Praca de Espana, well connected to Lisbon underground. Clean and comfortable room, clean and spacious bathroom. Staff is very kind. Very good breakfast.

Very good hotel with spacious rooms and friendly staff. Good value for money. Breakfast buffet was really good, absolutely worth every penny. The location was not ideal (bit far from the city center) but the hotel was really easy to access, metro station was near and taxis were cheap. Sightseen busses stop right outside the hotel and Zoo is on a walking distance as well.

The best aspect is the pool, although it can be cool after 6pm when the sun leaves it, it is a nice spot to unwind, despite the planes passing overhead! A few things in the bathroom were a bit loose/cracked (e.g. light fixture covers) but apart from that the room was great and the staff always helpful. Very nice service in the restaurant.

The Novotel exceeded our expectations. Check in was quick and painless. The front desk was very helpful and pleasant. The room was huge, especially compared to other European cities and everything was very clean. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and had a nice selection. My kids especially loved the free WII and Xbox in the lobby. Didn't matter one bit that they couldn't speak Portuguese or Spanish or French; they had a great time playing with other kids.The only downside is the location of the hotel. It is a bit away from the center, but the metro was an easy walk. I would stay here again, and look forward to our next visit.

I like this hotel, it is easy to access from ouside Lisbon, while it has a near subway station to the Centre.Planes flying over the hotel are almost not heard. Good swimming pool. I would like fi they would add a spa. Perfect service, rooms and breakfast

I enjoyed my stay. It was short but the hotel facilities are great and I recommend to everybody. For my next trip to Lisboa I will stay at the same hotel.

Good hotel not far from the airport. rather small rooms for a family ( sofabed in the same room ). Good dinner and breakfast. Very well priced.

Room was clean and average. For three days had no WIFI, bathroom appliance leaked, it was fixed, knobs for the shower loose hard to work with, it was fixed. Food at the restaurant below average for Lisbon, overall it was average or slightly below average.

Novotel Lisboa is easily accessible from the airport using Airport Bus #3. Metro station Prace de Espanya is less than 10 minutes walk away. There is a great Brazilian rodizio restaurant a few minutes walk away on the same street as the hotel. In the hotel itself, there is an Xbox Kinect and two internet stations, all for free. I would come back to this hotel if I have the change to go back to LIsbon for business or vacation.

The stay in Novotel was a good one. All my needs were fulfilled. The location might be inconvenient if you need centrally located hotel. Reception staff was always very helpful and accommodating. Perhaps the only negative point was lack availability of restaurant at lunch time.
