"Stay in Lyon"

Arriving around 16:00 after a day ride the room was not cleaned yet. This can happen to anyone but the discussion between the employees was embarrassing. In the same area the people at the front desk were not at all polite. We had the impression that there was a little internal war going on

This hotel has a great cost/benefit ratio: excellent facilities at very good price. The buffet breakfast is the best. Rooms are sparkling clean and the staff is very kind and helpful. It's about 400 m of the nearest metro station and there is a bus stop just in front of the hotel, therefore is quite easy to move around
