I have stayed in novotel for 2 nights, the staff are very charm, and always share a smile to the customer.The location are good, and it takes only 3 minutes walk to near shopping centre.

"Good Hotel, but to average for Novotel Brand"

I stay at this hotel at 25 April 2012, my first impression after i arrived .. Wow this hotel is nice, and classy.. The Receptionist very warm to take care me,and very helpful.When i open the door of my room, my impression is, hmmm.. Very Traditional style of decoration at a room.But for me, is still Ok, because very clean and the airconditional is make me comfortable..The Minus point for my stay is the Pillow is too soft and make my sleep A bit not well, and no toothpaste aminities at the bathroom, is not good , because i'm not bring my toothpaste.The Breakfast, is standard but still in a good value for money. But my advice is, Better the restaurant put more traditional food too.. Because for me the food is to Western.Overall i satisfied with this hotel, just need to improved for the food and the Pillow is the important think..Regards,Anthony S

"upgrading of room facilities"

everything goes well except,a) please change your towels to the standard of at least 4 star hotel,b) please upgrade the room's tv to either plasma or equivalent. Sad to say that the one you are having in the room is not to the standard of Novotel.c) in near future l love to have more choices for breakfast.Thanks.

"novotel yogyakarta"

I was so happy during my stay in there, i could see Merapi mountain very clear from my room. It was really nice when you woke up and saw the view. Amazing!!I really like the location and the service but please avoid to get a cab from the front hotel. They usually not using meter and will charge you minimum charge which i believe wasnt minimum charge at all.

1.We had to wait till 15 o'clock to have our rooms.2.We paid for the 3 nights with normal rate which include breakfast, why we could not use the complimentary breakfast coupon for the complimentary room?3. We don't like the pool4.We don't like the location

good location, spacious room, swimming pol is a bit small though, breakfast is good, air-conditioner works well, hot water also works well. friendly staff. I recommend Sop Buntut if you want to order from room service menu. All in all, it;s a good value for money :)

"Confirmation on rate"

I stayed at Novotel 5-7 Jan, why only stated 6-7 Jan?Also before i arrived at the hotel, i called to asked for the rate but when i do the check in and the reception gave me confirmation letter, the rate number is different from the one confirmed over the phone. And my complained also not handled as i expected. As it was late and i traveled with toddlers and babies, i would like to check in asap (and still my complain never been addressed)
