"average stay at novotel"

dont get me wrong it wasnt bad. just average. there were renovations going on . but when we booked there was no information about it . same as when we checked in. other than that it is a nice place . great location . my friend had the room with times square view and that was worth it. the comfort of the rooms are what you would expect for a novotel. i think the breakfast is a little overpriced. the service from the staff was good .

"Good but could be better"

The hotel is very well located. Room is good, excellent view to times square. The bad marks are related to the employees.... the front desk crew seems to be there forced to work, too little patience to treat well the customers. We didn't feel the good atmosphere that we are used while staying at Accor hotels.

Rooms should remote, especially bathroomfloor was a little dirty in roomwe were 4 adults, but only got 3 bath towelsglasses should be more, one day we only got 2 glasses (for 4 adults)hotel was situated near Times Square, Rockefeller Center, 5th av, and that was fine.Rooms were quiet which was very good

This was our 1st visit to New York and wanted to be close to Times Square. Couldn't fault the location, the room or the service. Restaurant and bar also great. Was very busy since it was New Year but our service was faultless. Will recommend to friends and also stay again.
