The service was great, everyone was helpful and friendly. The people were the saving grace of this place. The room was small incomparison to other hotels of this area that I have stayed in. The internet was my biggest problem, I needed it to stay in touch with my company and family. It would constantly shut down and kick me off after only 4 hours of the 24 hour pass word that you have to get everyday. Connections to my company and family were bad at the best of times.

- Good value hotel with easy access to Evry businesses, clean rooms, plentiful breakfast buffet (typical of IBIS)- saves you the 45 mn train commuting if stayiing in Paris - limited F&B though on weekends !

Everything about the hotel for me was good.....Do not eat in the restaurant the service is the worst I have ever experienced and will ever experience in my life. both waitresses were talking upon my arrival EVERY night and fail to seat you for a few minutes while they finish their conversation. I came up against attitude night upon night despite it being dead in there every night. they were lazy and couldnt even be bothere to talk when taking your order. They would walk over with their notepad and just stand there grunting, One even removed my menu so forcefully she knocked my vase over and smashed it all over the floor. All of my experience was based upon nothing apart from laziness and rudeness, I speak french so the language barrier didnt exist.There is no excuse for this whatsoever.I would like to say that the hotel staff were great and they are completely let down by their restaurant services!
