"A bit tired looking but the staff were lovely."

The building was a bit tired as were the rooms but the staff were attentive and the food surprisingly very good. The breakfast buffet was really outstanding...fill your boots! And they made every attempt to understand your english speaking and do what they could to make your stay pleasurable for you.

Staff very good and helpful, same again at dinner and breakfast. Meals excellent. Everywhere clean and tidy but the room was not that welcoming, quite bare, matress was very hard but given a duvet for softness! However for a one night stay it was good value.

A little difficult to find tucked in behind a hospital but plenty of parking and approach to the front entrance was good. Carpets in the rooms could have been cleaner but overall rooms were fine. A hospitality tray would have been good, and added to the comfort of the room.. There were two tourist coaches in on the night of our stay and the restaurant (seating and coffee machine)was barely able to cope with the volume of people at breakfast. However the staff were excellent, and friendly.

Excellent place very helpful, came with a 16 month year old and staff could not have been more helpful. Rooms very clean and the food was good.

Stayed for one night on the way back to the chunnel.The staff were very helpful and the room was clean and functional.The bathroom, although very clean, was in no way private and was just too cramped.The food in the restaurant was ok and again the service was very good.This hotel is ok for a quick stop over and is not that close to town centre to able to walk into for a meal or a quick drink. Overall ok but do not expect anything special.

We found this a most suitable hotel for an overnight stay during our journey from Calais to Brittany. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful and the rooms clean, tidy and ideal for our stay. We have stayed at Ibis hotels during previous visits to France and have never been disappointed. Would we stay again: of course.

We spent one night here on our way south and took the opportunity to explore the town a little. The hotel was excellent although quite a walk from the town centre. Our shower room was quite small but overall the accommodation was very good.

Really impressed with ease of check in and very helpful staff - only issue was an elderly english couple who brought their unruly dog into the restaurant. I don't blame the hotel just the thoughtless pair who insisted on feeding the dog from the table. This should not deter from the quality of the overall service.

Good hotel for overnight stay en route for Calais. Although just off the autoroute in a very quiet position. The hotel room was looking a little tired and in need of renovation although the bed was very comfortable. The response to my request for a hair dryer was immediate.
