Novotel London West: 4.0 out of 5 stars "A VERY GOOD HOTEL INDEED BUT SOME ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT IN SERVICE"

We repeatedly stayed in this quite convenient hotel, and, although it is overall a very fine place, service for breakfast leaves to be desired. Long waits to be placed while there is ample seating available (clearly an organization problem), and staff who would benefit being trained to smile. Fixing this point would make this otherwise very good hotel a winner in its category.

Had a very good stay at the hotel. Had to call a couple of times for housekeeping as room was cold and service very good. Will stay again. In an excellent position for Olympia. I thought the food was excellent in the Artesan restaurant.

Novotel London West: 2.0 out of 5 stars "Not what was expected from a four star rated hotel"

Our first impression of the hotel was the cafeteria style breakfest, we were dining somewhere in a backroom which was a room without a view.In regards to the room, well one of the sofa bed mattress the springs were poppingout, so we phoned to the reception and another double mattress was placed above the existing mattress. Strange practices! The bar is also self service , not attentative at all.What we liked about this hotel was the location.

Novotel London West comes up to the standard one expects from Novotel. The only criticism would be the car parking charges, with a charge of £1.50 per hour for guests, this certainly adds to the cost of staying at this hotel. After securing a good deal at this hotel it ended up being quite costly after the car charges were added on. Do not take your car if possible.

Novotel London West hotel was in a fabulous location near Hammersmith Tube and Hammersmith Bus Depot, so public transport was easy to access. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and clean. As it was Christmas time when we were there, the hotel was very busy, however, the staff at breakfast did their very best to accommodate everyone. The breakfast foods available were varied and delicious. We very much enjoyed our four night stay.

It is very difficult to express my imperssion. But the location was very good and the room was spaciuos copmared with others hotels. when you sleep, you dont want to get up!!!. I met one difficulty with the internet and once I reported this, it was done within minutes. the staff were helfull and freindly espicially with my children.

Really good value but a little way away from central shops. Would definitely stay again. Room was very good and no traffic noises which is important in London as last hotel was extremely noisy. Good breakfast and car parking was reasonable.

Always excellent service and friendly - small gym but well equipped, outstanding restaurant and breakfast is reasonable.Try and stay on the side of the hotel which has views across London.Good tube service providing easy access to the tube network and all of the sites of London.

At Novotel hotels you get a standard quality, at a fair price. Good breakfast variety and decent rooms ( although not that spaceous for a 4-person family). This particular one is at a good location, quite near the shopping area and the Underground station.
