The Ibis Plateau was a great little hotel for the purpose of my trip. I was there for a 4 day conference that involved visits to a number of locations across the country. The room was comfortable, WIFI available, and the restaurant served a good breakfast and dinner. Other than having no power in the room one day, I could not fault my stay. Its not a 5* location, so dont expect a 5* hotel. But expect a hotel with everything you need for a few days.Another advantage is that the taxi drivers knew where it was without needing much instruction!
