Nice hotel. More selection on the menu for dinner would be nice. Bathrooms could use an exhaust fan.Nice decor, very modern.When attempting to find the hotel, I stopped by other hotels nearer to the airport and they could not help with directions to your location. But once I called and got the address with the assistance of GPS, it was not difficult at all.Thanks

We spent overnight at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. There is a free shuttle from/to the airport (departing from Terminal-1 about every half hour). The hotel is also about a 15 min walk from an S-bahn station. Three discount supermarkets are within 10mins walk, as well as a number of restaurants. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

What could be expected of a 4* airport hotel. Rooms are fine, so is the bar, but the food in the resturant is nothing to be recommended.

generally, at rooms WI-FI is available for free at most of Accor Hotels. but it was not free of charge at this hotel. I strongly suggest to have it available also at this hotel.regards.

Good hotel close to Airport. Contrary to reviews, the airport shuttle bus does stop outside the hotel. Food in restaurant was very nice, a little expensive but good quality. Not really sure about the buffet breakfast (15 Euros), a lot of cold selection on offer but hot food was limited choice and being -15 outside I needed something warm.Hotel is good and clean and staff are friendly. I was visiting the exhibition centre and taxi from hotel was around 35 Euros one way. Hotel room was 90 Euros per night and cheapest hotel of similar quality available near to exhibition was 200 Euros, so even getting taxi there and back was 50 Euros cheaper. You could also get shuttle bus to Airport and then train from Airport to exhibition which would be much cheaper.Shuttle bus leaves from Terminal 1 Level A, just look for the bus and train signs. It is shared by Mercure and Ibis hotels and Mercure hotel is first stop from Airport (15 minutes).Extra blankets in rooms, TV mostly German with 1 English channel. WIFI very expensive. Minibar/fridge in room with enough space to bring your own items.Shower over bath not very powerful but sufficient.Overall very satisfied for price paid during exhibition time which sees prices almost treble.

This hotel is a good choice for ending a trip to Germany with a flight out the following morning. I was able to book a room online and pay in advance at a substantial discount. That said, there are expenses: I had to pay for overnight parking and the breakfast buffet is not cheap. I would stay here again.

The stay though short, was quite pleasant.Be careful when selecting which shuttle bus service to use from the terminal. There are 2 Mercure hotels. The one for Kelsterbach is so marked. The other only lists Mercure?

first class room, good restaurant with reasonable prices, even a pool, sauna & steambath included for free: what else can you expect for such a very reasonable price? bravo accor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
"Ideal for a stopover between flights"

This was my second stay here. Once again, this Mercure is up to par with the rest of the Accor Hotels chain: well located, clean and comfortable, with flawless service. This hotel offers a shuttle service to/from the airport that runs like clockwork. Front desk service is efficient and polite in true German fashion, and so is the restaurant service, fast and efficient. Restaurant has a reasonable selection on the menu. The rooms are on the smallish side, but in the context of an overnight stopover, that's OK. This now my preferred stopover place in Frankfurt.

Quick in and out for airport travel. TV didn't work and lights bulbs burnt out, but had our own alarm. Party below, couldn't open windows and when we did, it smelled of stale cigarettes,but convenient shuttle service. We've stayed before....like I said, convenient shuttle service!

The Wi Fi should be free as this was a common practice is most of the hotels in our 6 week holiday through Europe. I t seems a bit mean to charge for Wi Fi. The breakfast should cater for gluten intolerant people with the addition of gluten free bread to the bread bar.

Hotel is located a few miles from Frankfurt airport - there is a shuttle bus but as we took a hire car I can't comment on it's frequency. Hotel itself is on the edge of a warehousing area but has a small garden and is not over looked. Rooms are spacious and clean, check-in very efficient. Not very much in the immediate vacinity but I think most customers are over-nighters from the airport so probbaly not an issue. Food and drink a tad pricey but not unexpected considering a mixture of hotel pricing and the lack of immediate alternatives.Overall, if i had to repeat my trip would choose to stay here again.

This hotel was great value. We were met with great friendliness by the staff and invited to the breakfast room since we arrived very very early in the morning. The dining room was really special - great breakfast and the dinner superb. The only minus point was having to drag our luggage from the bus to the hotel.

The non-smoker room booked was not available when I arrived ready to go to bed. Fortunately the smell from the previous customer was bearable. Not really the most pleasant surprise after a long trip. Other than that, no problem anywhere what so ever. This is the reason for my weak grade of the service.
