Cold rooms

The room i was assigned was really cold as the highest temperature outside was 15 degrees celcius. Although i have requested a different room i was told none of the rooms' air cnditioning was working. This was my third stay and i am not planning to stay in this hotel another time. Also it is impossible to reach the hotel. I was not given an invoice and cant reach the hotel to request one. My emails are not replied and all.accor live site does not provide help other than filling a form.

Arrived to find that the room that I had booked wasn't there they had lost the booking after showing them that I had paid for the booking I was shown a room which took about half a hour to sort out.
