when reserving the room on the internet it was mentioned that there will be a gift upon arrival which was not the case. Also no welcome fruits in the room. Also shampoo and shower gel in room for only one person although 2 persons per room.

The most noticeable thing about staying at the Mercure was the superbly helpful reception staff, who were keen to help, and gave us a 4:00 P.M. check out. The breakfast was great value for money and consisted of everything you could probably want. Clean but compact rooms. Overall excellent value in a city that can cost a fortune. Good, central location means that anywhere you need to get to is a reasonably priced taxi away.

hotel situated in commercial area but near to everything we required.Room spotlessly clean and tidy-as was bathroom. only fault =bed wasn't very comfortable.breakfast was excellant value for money with varied selection available.staff courteous and very helpful.Only negative comment- dinner cruise booked with hotel, we found very expensive (especially when compared with similar cruise available in Dubai.)

Since everything is expensive in Abu Dhabi I guess this was a bargain. At the same time you get what you pay for. I didn't need an island all to myself for my stay so this did just fine. Nice rooms, wonderful service and staff. Cheers!

I thought the restaurant food was overpriced; the concierge and male counter staff were not at all friendly and not very helpful; but all other staff were very friendly and helpful.Tthe room was fine, though a little small. The Internet was fast and accessible. Gym was well equipped.

I have stayed at a number of hotels in Abu Dhabi. This is my favorite based on location, comfort of stay and friendliness of staff.I have been always made to feel welcome by the staff. Especially Mr Kumar who always appears friendly and professional,

The Wash Room was very small. WC was very small, so Whenever i used the WC the water will spill from backside.The House Keepers were continuously making noises at 0630 hrs in the morning and didn't stop until 0800 hrs. There was no ramp for going to lifts so disabled person has to be carried three four steps to be carried to access lifts.
