"Really good value"

My visit started with an upgrade and continued just as positive. The staff were universally friendly and helpful, the breakfast and my one lunch were tasty and sensitively served; the room was roomy and comfortable. I cannot think of any negative comment.

Good location, btw take advantage of the hotels shuttle service as it goes to Marina Mall. The front desk have been very approachable and they have a very efficient smooth check in process,this helped as we checked in like 1230am.

Okay hotel down town and convenient for the city,use taxis to get to the beach they are very reasonable cost around 20 aed.hotel not really suitable for family's though so wouldn't book it again.rooms are clean ,pool is in need of an update didn't use any of the restaurants so can't comment.

I enjoyed staying with Mercure earlier twice in Stuttgart and now once in Abudhabi . Intend to stay whenever possible in future . The location's advantage , courteous staff , the good food , the neighborhood all add spice to it . the room is clean and would vouch value for money is there

Room was ok but a little cramped. Also, some corners of the room are very dusty and you can see a lot of dust floating from the rays of light on the AC vent. The carpet is also not clean. Not good if you have kids especially with dust allergies. Light is warm and not much light can enter from the window. I like to be able to dim the lights but I also want an option for bright light or daylight in the room especially when packing or looking for things in your bag.Room service and staff were friendly and helpful. Swimming pool, gym and other facilities are also available. Lobby was nice and lots of restaurants in the hotel (24 hrs) and its vicinity.Location is very good and malls are just minutes away by taxi. The corniche is also just a walking distance (around 2 blocks) and lots of hospitals/clinics and pharmacies nearby.Overall, the stay was good but I would like to try other hotels in the city next time.

The only thing less than excellent was the buffet breakfast, but this hotel represents excellent value for money, and is very central. The staff were very polite, helpful and professional. The Beaujolais restaurant is very good too, and also good value for Abu Dhabi.

Located in Hamdan Street which is city center, there are bus stop in front to go Marina Mall or Abu Dhabi Mall. You can find fast food restaurant nearby such as Burger King. The hotel also houses French & CHinese restaurant. Comfortable stay, 35 minutes from airport.

I was needing a hotel only for one night as I was landing late and leaving next day for Dubai and this hotel was ideal, near hotel and very friendly staff with very clean and comfortable rooms. Everything that I could have wanted. Breakfast was OK without being anything special, especially for westerner.

I like the hotel. Staff are polite and cooperative. Location is good. Rooms are clean.I shall recommend to others. If possible the hotel can arrange a valet parking. The management can keep one person to take customers car to the parking area.

i always pass by Mercure Hotel, but i never know it was so much attractive from the inside. i highly recommend you to stay their.. in the city center... excellent facility... i will sure stay their always.

Overall the rooms were ok. The bathroom and shower are small I could not stand in the shower with out my arm hitting the show curtain or shower wall. The room was clean and had great sevice, but the hotel shows it age some but for the price it is a great value. It is in the heart of downtown and right next to the bus stop and it is easy to get a cab.
