Last minute booking as we needed to access a location in Poitiers early in the morning. Friendly staff on reception, and when answering the telephone. Good parking. Room comfortable, quiet and clean. As we arrived late, we anticipated that the restaurant would be closed, but were delighted that wasn’t the case. We were also very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food that we ordered. The restaurant staff were particularly helpful, and welcoming.

All acceptable, went to Mercure last year, same group higher cost and it was awful, room food, services was god however but never again Mercure.

Our 3rd visit. Good location.Easy access off & onto motorway. Backs onto Ibis Budget. Plenty of parking. Opposite fuel station & large supermarket. There’s a restaurant on the road behind the hotel & a bakery that sells coffee on the corner. Friendly staff. Bedroom was standard. Comfortable bed. Very good sleep. Good shower. Extra towels & better ones is required from Ibis. Excellent dinner in Ibis restaurant. V good value & lovely staff. We enjoyed our visit

Stopped for one night en route and got as allocated a nice room in upper floor but room heating didn’t work. So the receptionist kindly relocated us down to ground floor room with heating. Had evening meal in hotel but very basic. Ok stay.
