Check-in was frustrating, but the room was all one expects from an IBIS hotel: effective and clean. Quick check-out did not result in the invoice being sent via email yet.

Everything good. Lobby waiting was a bit windy because the main front door was broken when we were staying. Shuttles has a clear timetable and came on time, convenient to use.

No cups to be found in the room. Booking.com evidently didn't get my desires right. Motel had one guest instead of two. Not sure what went wrong.

Good Shuttle Service, Bad Experience at Check-In

Would have given this hotel better review rating if we would have had received a friendly welcoming upon checking in (instead the guy at the front desk yelled at us telling us we were in the wrong queue line although we had made sure we lined at the correct line, i.e., for the Accor live Limitless/ALL members. He then went on by giving us 2 sets of key cards according to our 2-room reservation but for the same room, to which he apologized by saying: "there is no harm to apologize 😁). Ibis should now consider providing hospitality and politeness training course to all their staff. Location was good due to its proximity to Schiphol Airport which is supported by free regular shuttle for hotel guests.
