"Ibis"

As an accor advantage plus travceller I alway check the rates for accor related hotels first.This hotel offers value for money at the airport and offers good free transport to and fro the airport. Breakfast could be better and is not really value for money.

Even though the hotel accessibility was not easy, they had provided the shuttle service from hotel-airport almost through out the day. The hotel cleanliness and service was awesome. I suggest it is pretty decent to stay there.

Good service, maybe a bit slow at check-out. Kind and professional personnel. The room was wide enough and comfortable, large shower.Good choice of restaurants, but menu is limited.It could be useful to add road signs to indicate the location from Schiphol airport.

Generally a good hotel ; location, air port transports etc.Sometimes minibar into room should be good, not only to buy drinks but store some own bewerages and small food.

I reached at Schiphol airport at 19.10 but there was a shuttle to the hotel and I had to catch early morning flight next day. Though checking took about 20 minutes due to long queues but staff was quick to help. This is a good option very close to the airport with drop facility at reasonable cost. There is a breakfast available which starts at about 5.00 am so you can have it even if you have early flight. Shuttle service also starts very early. Rooms are small and typical IBIS type but serves purpose. Whats is missing is a coffee maker or hot water pot. Overall good option for overnight stay near the airport.

Generally a typical Ibis, if rather larger than most, with rooms very much in the chain's style. We chose this hotel as it was outside the city but with easy access to downtown via the free hotel shuttlebus and then the train from Schiphol which worked well, and the easy drive to Keukenhof without battling the city traffic.There is a pleasant bar and a choice of restaurants, but the reason for marking down Service was an issue with one of our party's meals. Requested as well done, the tuna steak was underdone and sent back. The rest of the party had virtually finished their main course when a new plate was served, marginally better but still not as requested. Not acceptable.

Location is very convenient and room is clean and confortable.Improvements must be required especialy reception.I did not feel any words, such as hospitality, services mind, care, customer satisfaction and even smile.But I recomend here just for convenience for travel
"Good Hotel but not worth value of money"

Everything was good actually just only the price I've paid was too high for those of Ibis brand. Next stay I will try the other. I came from Switzerland and even felt I could get a cheaper rate for the same.The only serious complaint from my side is that I have been waiting for more than 10 minutes for being checked in, the front officer was occupied by a couple and I was even the next in queue. I don't think this is efficient enough. The other officer was doing a group check-in and not available for anybody at that time.

"Transfer"

Stopped over for connecting flight the following Morning ,very handy to be so close to the airport, and the shuttle service was very good with regular buses to and from the hotel. The food on the evening was very good with a wide selection of good food and the size of the portions was adiquate the service was excellent.My room was a fair distance for the reception but well signed up and easy to access, the staff were very freindly and helpfull, All be it a short stay it was very nice after a stress full day with flights,to be greeted and look after in a warm freindly enviroment.

Excellent location from Airport. Easy even in rental car.Quick checking - pay in advance good idea easy next day.Something to eat or drink 24hr service at your fingertips.Breakfast just what you need in a fimilar ambient.Then ready for going on business or turisme.

Fast, efficient and friendly check in. Spotless rooms with good shower. Nice comfortable reasonably priced bar, excellent breakfast choices. Never felt crowded.
"This is an above average Ibis"

This hotel has a lot more facilities than a standard Ibis, including a pub and a number of restaurants. The staff were very helpful and it is only 5 minutes from the airport terminal with easy access on a free shuttle bus. I would certainly stay here again.

Good value and efficient. Everything you need between flights including breakfast from 4am. There's meant to be a shuttle from Schipol every 15 minutes, but I waited 30 minutes at 9pm. In the morning though, it was right on time. And it takes around 15 minutes

It is a no frills hotel. Adequate vending machines and restaurants. Quick check[in and check-out. Great for business travellers. The airport shuttle bus is useful and ideal for overnight stay near airport.

The shuttle trip can be annoying and way overcrowded. The length of that process makes you think that a stay in the city would be as convinient. When asked for an iron I was asked to go to the front desk, pay a deposit (even though they already had my credit card on file for "incidentals" and carry the board and iron myself as their staff was too busy. All this for the cheapest and less effective iron one could find. It also meant that when I checked out I had to carry that along with my baggage...The absence of a mini fridge was also noticeable, ice was available on one level but not any buckets to be found, water at the vending machine was 2.5 EUR for 8 oz! Service at the restaurant very slow.

This is an ideal hotel for overnight stays. I arrived late evening and had an early morning flight. Shuttle service very good and 'gratis'. I could even watch football match I thought I'd have to watch on my laptop at the Sports Bar. Very friendly.

IBIS hotel Schipol has quite nice rooms, very comfortable beds, fresh and delicious breakfast, nice dinner facilities and food. For excercise ther is a Fitness room free of charge. The hotel is easy to find, and at arrival you are met by a very service minded staff.

Strategic location, easily reach with hotel shuttle bus from Schipholl airport, nice and pleasent staff. I like the bfast time from 4 to 12 really help us to enjoy our holiday. The size of the room and bathroom just right and the bed really good to sleep.
