No free coffee and tea

We used to be able to get free coffee and tea from a machine and this has been removed. We now had to pay 3.50 for really low standard drinks, very overpriced!

I am coming and staying at ibis Schiphol since 2008. Already 16 years. The coffee maker near the reception was not working. So for THE MORNING COFFIE & to make the cup noodles with hot water we have to go the 4th floor each time. I am sorry.,

Free Shuttle was great, hotel was average

I stayed for one night and although the hotel looks impressive with lots of services, the room was disappointing. It looked and felt very tired and dated. The bed and piloows were uncomfortable.There was nothing in there, not even a kettle and although those things were available you have to ask for everything. The TV remote was missing and the duty manager was very fast to send one up, but then the TV didn't work anyway! No channels available. The reception staff were friendly but everything still felt impersonal. As a member, I was expecting a welcome drink, but there was nothing. Most people are only there for a night so I feel more priority should be given to the room comfort than the bars and cafe. Breakfast was also not good value for money.
