"Wi Fi not working"

Wi Fi was not working. (Probabably not their fault since it was provided by Orange). However this is vital for me as a business traveller.

convenience of location a big plus being close to the A10 and the Auchan supermarket which sells the cheapest fuel in the area. No need to look for somewhere to eat locally as the in house restaurant is excellent. The only downside is that the rooms are small as all IBIS are similar

We found the hotel easily after a long drive from Irun in Spain and despite the awful weather were offered a friendly welcome and a warm hotel, really important when the climate was so bad. Our room was consistent with Ibis 2 star rooms, clean and practical, and the extras in the hotel, such as the water dispenser, the internet, maps etc. were an added bonus. As we paid in advance for our room and received a good discount we treated ourselves to a very pleasant meal in the hotel, which was served by friendly staff, as were the reception staff. In the morning we had a huge breakfast before leaving and needed very little else to eat until early afternoon. We travel often through France to Spain and will certainly stay at this particular Ibis again.

Handy location for a break en-route from/to channel ports and just off the motorway. We have used it a number of times and have always found it to be a very clean hotel with good facilities (WiFi excellent speed and free), efficient staff and good restaurant; secure parking is a bonus. As a STANDARD hotel, this is excellent value for money. We will continue to use it.

A pleasant enough Hotel for 1 night. My Satnav could not find it easy however that might be down to my bad programming.Main disappointment, no bath only a shower. Overall not bad but 1 night was enough

Ideal location for travellers in transit and quite easy to find although not a particularly attractive location.. Attractive building and pleasant al Fresco facilities.Quick and pleasant registration. Our room was basic but adequate and particularly good value for money.The only disappointment was the quality of the food. Poor and unimaginative food. I would stay at this hotel again, but wouldn't eat here.

Excllent halfway stop on our trip from Le Harve to Bordeaux. Free parking, nice restaurant that was good value for an evening meal, pleasant rooms and helpful staff. Just off the main paege but traffic noise is not a problem. I would stay there again for a 1 night stop-over.

We stay many times in Ibis at Chambray-les- Tours because we like the hotel, the rooms are cheerful and comfortable,the reception and dining room staff are friendly and helpful, although sometimes we have found it quite difficult to get parking either on the hotel premises or the road if we have arrived later in the day in a busy season.

Have used this hotel several times in our travel south west.It is consistently one of our favourite stop overs .Great convenient quiet, secure, location ,great service from friendly staff, the layout of the hotel is inviting and clean.One way of improving sleep quality would be the provision of additional or more substantial pillows
