ibis Grenoble Centre: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Assessment"

5th May 2012, Norman885, St. Albans, United Kingdom

Well located hotel in centre of Grenoble . Staff very friendly and helpful Recommended the areas to visit and we found an excellent restaurant nearby on a beautiful square and enjoyed un menu des Alpes!

ibis Grenoble Centre: 4.0 out of 5 stars "1 night in Grenoble"

25th April 2012, apcossburn, Swindon, United Kingdom

Have stayed at the Ibis Grenoble Centre before for business and found it to be relatively good value for money. Is very handy for access to the centre of town but still peaceful enough to get a good nights sleep.Had some problems with the door key on returning to the hotel, and whilst the staff could not fix the issue with the card key, they were most helpful in moving us to an adjacent room. All in all a good value, no frills hotel.

ibis Grenoble Centre: 1.0 out of 5 stars "worst experience ever"

8th August 2011, london

the room was very small but this may not have been so bad had there not been stains on the carpet and the room smelt like an ashtray. i have never experienced such an intense smell that it was impossible to sleep. DISGUSTING

ibis Grenoble Centre: 3.0 out of 5 stars "Smallest room ever and smelly bathroom"

27th July 2011, Turku

Stayed two nights in Ibis Grenoble Centre during Tour de France's visit in Grenoble. Because of this special event in Grenoble, the price was somewhat high for an Ibis hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent, as the pedestrian zone is around the corner. The room was the smallest one, we have ever been. We had to jump over our bags, as the bags covered the floor around the bed.The room itself was clean and not that old. The same can't be said about the bathroom. It was very old and had a musty smell. It tells pretty much that our towels didn't dry at all in the bathroom...Had to stay in this hotel, as the whole town was full booked, but won't stay here again.

ibis Grenoble Centre: 3.0 out of 5 stars "Smelly towel"

28th June 2011, neuilly sur seine

I stayed at this hotel twice, and each time I found one of the towels smelled. And strangely, only the towel on the left hand side of the hanger smelled. Perhaps there is a problem somewhere. Other than that, I have no other complain.

ibis Grenoble Centre: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Great Location on edge of Pedestrian area"

6th June 2011, GeneralDM, London

This is an IBIS, so not Grande Luxe, but it is ideally located for driving to Central Grenoble for an overnight stop and a day of sightseeing.Back of hotel has car park - front in pedestrian areaGreanoble has a brilliant moderm Museum, a great funiculaire to see the town from on high and an interesting old area.

ibis Grenoble Centre: 1.0 out of 5 stars "Broken elevator + musty smell"

1st May 2011, LAUSANNE

I stay a lot in Ibis Hotels and this was definitely not a good one. The rooms were smelly, I had to carry my heavy bags from the parking and they changed the code for the parking while we were heading out (which forced my wife to walk a long and unpleasant walk through the parking). The location, however, was central and comfortable.

ibis Grenoble Centre: 4.0 out of 5 stars "My stay in Grenoble"

27th March 2011, San Jose

Excellent location, in the heart of the city. You can walk to restaurants and bars. Very nice value. My room was nice and clean. And quiet too.Friendly service. Would definitely recommend.

ibis Grenoble Centre: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Good position"

21st March 2011, Winchester

Good position for a stay in Grenoble when attending the exhibition centre - a tram ride away. On the edge of the old town and close to a multitude of places to eat in the evening.Bathroom showing some signs of wear.
