"The Ibis"

You always know what you are getting from an Ibis, this was no exception. The staff were cheerful and friendly, the breakfast was good and there was plenty of it.The hotel is a short drive from the auto-route and and was easy to find.
"Holiday stopover"

having stayed several times staff always very friendly and helpful and hotel clean and comfortable. Easy access to motorway great when travelling long distances. Pillows not always the most comfortable but they will always supply extra on request. Breakfast is more than adequate food being topped up all the time.
"Overnight Stay"

Have used this hotel before for overnight stops en route to southern France and Spain. It is very close to the autoroute and easy to locate. There is no restaurant at the hotel although there is one close by. Breakfast is very good with a self-service arrangement.

The service we received from the receptionist was very good especially as she was able to speak English as our French is limited & she happily provided us with a drink when asked. Unfortunately we were disappointed with the overall appearance of the hotel the room was clean but very shabby as was the reception & corridor leading to the room. The toilet seat had been renewed but unfortunately was too big & had been fitted incorrectly at the hinges therefore moved sideways every time it was used. We would like to suggest that this hotel could do with a total refurbishment.

The room was basic but very comfortable and the service excellent. The bathroom would have been better with a walk-in shower rather than with a bath and a rather ineffectual overhead shower. The staff were very nice and friendly. Overall, the hotel is good value for the price you pay

I can thoroughly recommend this IBIS, it is outstanding value, especially the winterreduction deal. Very comfortable bed and quiet bedroom. Good breakfast.All together a well run IBIS. we enjoyed our stay there and will be back before longto stay on our next trip through Chalons
