"Overnight town stay"

We like Ibis hotels where we stay many times. This one typically offered good value accomodation with friendly staff, good access (with luggage trollies if required for transfer from car to room) to a reasonable sized room with a comfortable bed and Wi-Fi access. The only minor problem was a very small bathroom with a tiny bath - my husband had to lie sideways to avoid getting stuck! The hotel offers the usual Ibis snack menu.

After a long drive it was a real pleasure to find such friendly,welcoming and helpful staff at the Ibis Carcassone. The receptionist was really good at her job and made us feel at home. Hats off to her!!!

We must compliment you on the excellent idea to serve such EXCELLENT BUFFET DINNER.We have been staying in many Ibis Hotels over the past 10 years although we were always satisfied with their location, rooms, breakfast buffet and excellent service. BUT WE totally HATED their meal selection and quality of food preparation of their evening mealsWe would appreciate if as a general policy a BUFFET MENU for the evening meals would be offered in ALL your hotelsThe only adverse comment , your toilets are to low.We certainly will stay again in your Hotel when we are in the area

A standard IBIS hotel, clean and nice for a short stay, just a little away from the city center but all right if you travel with own car, because it has got free parking and quiet environment for a good sleep.

This hotel provided a good level of accomodation. It was clean, well appointed and quiet. It would have benefited from tea making facilities. It was very well located for access to the old part of Carcassonne but was in the middle of an industrial estate! However, it was very close to a large supermarket which was good for stocking up for the next day's journey.

"Pricey, pokey"

This was the most expensive and disappointing of our Ibis stops from NW England to the Costa del Sol. The location is a poligono well outside of the city, requiring a car drive but parking in the city is murder. After a fruitless restaurant hunt, we returned to eat in the Ibis but, at 9:30pm, everything was cleared away. The helpful staff at least directed us to a "Buffalo grill" on the autoroute. Rooms are tiny for three and, when someone came to change our soap, a farcical "excuse me" dance ensued. A great part of the world but I'd stay elsewhere.

Management responseOut of hours of the restaurant, are served at any time snacks but also regional products as the cassoulet of Castelnaudary or the fricassee of Limoux.

"Great bar"

Overall good hotel the staff were very friendly. View from terrace not very interesting but great bar and terrace very chilled in eve to have a drink.continental breakfast very good. Did not eat lunch or dinner there. Rooms very clean but too small.Would use hotel again just for the bar.
