We approached this hotel with a little bit of apprehension. The previous week we had stopped 3 days in an Accor Hotel in the south of France. The location and staff of that hotel were great but for us the room left something to be desired. Now we were going to stay at a hotel which I think would cost slightly less per night than the one in the south of France. We need not have worried. The room was spacious and clean and had a good view of the harbour. We got a good nights sleep, the only thing to disturb us was the sound of passing fishing boats. We had a meal at the restaurant which we both thought was excellent. The only downside to the hotel was perhaps the decor could be improved.All in all good value for money.

The hotel is very good. The premium rooms look out on the harbour, the others look on to a warehouse. The staff couldn't be any more helpful but a facelift in the near future wouldn't do any harm. The price of 15 Euro for breakfast is extortionate.

THis hotel is in desperate need of redecoration - our room was in a dreadful state with doors not closing properly, bedside light that did not work and the carpets throughout the hotel are badly stained and need replacing

Rather unattractive building and overdue for a spruce up but great location and friendly staff. Restaurant food was always about 'okay' but recently has improved. Don't scrimp and take the cheaper rooms with a view of the 'Old Gare Maritime', really worth paying the extra and enjoy a room with the marina view - it is fab!

for the cost of the hotel the finish of the rooms was poor, but they were clean and the staff friendly and helpful
