I had to change room as the smell of cold tobacco was too strong. I received an upgrade as gold member, but had to decline it as executive rooms don't offer the possibility to cast on tv when basic rooms do. As it already happened several times in this hotel, the shampoo dispenser was empty.

The room had a noisy dripping shower so we asked for a new room. The receptionist said that she would send someone to our room to help us. We waited and waited holding our cases with our coats on and no one arrived. So we went down to the reception to find that our problem hadn't been dealt with. Eventually the receptionist agreed to provide us with a new room. Unfortunately the room wasn't prepared and there was dust on the carpets along with the sofa beds not being unfolded. The room was cold and we had to put coats on top of our blankets to keep warm. We booked this hotel because there were electric charging points in the hotel car park as we have an electric car only to find that none of the charging points were in operation. We had driven from Italy and pre planned our route in order to charge the car. There was no mention on the hotel website that they were not functioning. I am very disappointed because I have always found Accor hotels to be excellent. The previous night we had stayed in the Ibis at Como Grandate and that did not let us down. Great service, electric charging available and the hotel was very clean as always.
