"Mercure in Orleans very sweet and well-located"

Our greeting was very bright, the room and hotel location a very good value for the price. Very clean, very comfortable bed (and our backs are fussy about beds). Orleans itself was a surprisingly bright and lovely town right on the Loire, in fact our room faced the Loire - a great view! We could walk to everything and there was a special town festival taking place the day we stayed, with local foods and character. Overall a great stay. There was a very nice pool but we didn't swim this time. I would definitely return to this hotel.

sure pleasure hotel spend night with. great location and very nice and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and soundproof. Arrive with car is very easy. We spend one of the best night in France there, sleeping like a baby:). Recomend for everyone

the hotel was our last stop before Paris and it provided excellent service (all the staff where very friendly), excellent room (a great nights sleep), pool. Only downside a 5-10 min work to all the central restaurants. Otherwise a great place to stay.

This hotel is good to stay the night. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bit old though in maintenance.We are not satisfied about the food during the diner and waitresses friendliness. The food was not good, except for the omelet and french fries for our son. The other three plates were just not tasty, and not good. Breakfast though was ok.

Had a nice run beside the River and crossing bridges. Nice!! Good food in restaurant and excellent First Desk service. For me th eHotel is not in the Centre of orleans but very close to. ,fda,FJ.Ahdf.h.aDFK.Akldfjkl-

Second time i have stayed at this particular hotel and wasnt disappointed. Staff very friendly and restuarant food very good although drinks and food did seem to be a little expensive. Room was very clean and tidy and quiet although air conditioning wasnt very effective so room was a little on the warm side. Overall though, a well placed hotel and will stay again

We paid the extra for a Superior room so we got the view out over the river. Walked into town where there was a remarkably cosmopolitan choice of restaurants. Nice quiet airconditioning and I recommend the express breakfast.. excellent value.
