Check in and getting to a ready room is always very satisfying after a long day of travelling. The staff are always very friendly. I'm not great at French but the staff are multilingual and their English is fantastic making for a very seamless visit. Breakfast is wonderful, lots of choices. Wifi was strong signal this time, it's been very weak in the past. Some gripes I have are that the parking lot is a bit cramped and the spots are angled, some people find that challenging to park in making for some difficult maneuvering around errant cars. The chargers were working this time too. Be patient with the hot water, it can take 3-4 minutes to reach the shower making me wonder if I had it set to cold, but eventually it came. It would be nice to have higher pressure though.

Arrived late but no problem with checking in etc, only “concern” was group of guests immediately outside entrance smoking - not a good advert for the hotel!

We stayed two nights in a room overlooking the Loire. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. All the staff with whom we came into contact were both friendly and helpful. The hotel was well situated and within walking distance of the main sights of the town. Our Valentine's Special meal in the restaurant was very enjoyable.
