The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast abundant and varied. The only drawback I can think of if the quality - not the service - of room service dishes. The boulangerie is worth a recommendation for their pastries and friendliness of staff.

Rooms are clean, food is tasty. The staff is friendly. It will be more easier if staff learn to speak English as I can image that the hotel receive more international visitors/ English speaking visitors. Overall we had an enjoyable time at the hotel.

Hotels is old but well maintained. Services and people are helpful and kind. I really like the breakfast with so many options anda varieties.

Don´t pay for 5-star in a 4-star hotel.

It is too expensive for the services and installations. We expected to find a 5-star hotel, but the hotel is a standard 4-star overall. I´m very disappointed. The front desk is confused, slow, and unmotivated to do the job. The booking service didn´t work, and my reservation was made wrong. Definitely don't offer a service as they charge.
