"Pullman Hotel CDG Airport"

Booked the Pullman Hotel to meet up and stay with a work colleague who had booked a few days before me. Paid for a luxury room with King Size bed and this equated to approx 280 euros per night but was upgraded when I arrived which was a nice surprise but this soon turned out t be not such a nice surprise. Apparently the rooms on floor 8 are meant to be an upgrade but the condition of this room was very poor with a dirty toilet and and paint work falling off the ceiling and walls. The room and bathroom was very tired and to be honest - budget rooms at a Pemier Inn were much better for a fraction of the price. When the rooms was cleaned on one occassion the cleaner had taken away all of the towels and not replaced them. I found one of the male receptionists and bar staff rude and because the Hotel is situated in the middle of two Motorways there are no options to walk anywhere to eat close by and so we had no choice but to use the restaurant within the hotel but the food was poor and the service even worse with orders being mistaken and replaced with other starters etc. Overall the experience was very poor especially for the money paid and I will make sure I do not stay there again or no member of my staff will. I feel the only way they can justify the high rates was because of the local exhibition.

I took an ealier than planned flight but could not cancel this reservation with a phone call early in the morning of my stay. As a business traveler, plans change and hotels need to be flexible. I will book with a more flexible hotel next time.
"Oasis of calm at Charles de Gaulle"

The Pullman is a perfect place to stay overnight between flights through Paris CDG. It exudes calm. The restaurant has a diverse menu and the food is well-presented and served. I had the pool to myself on a Sunday evening - a bit spooky in a James Bond thriller-ish sort of way but great to chill out in what was a hectic schedule. My room was a good size and had all mod-cons. Staff on reception not only pointed out to me that my shuttle on departure was imminent but took action to ensure they rushed my checkout so I made the bus.

"Totally excellent"

We felt hospitality from check in to the airport. All staff we saw there were friendly and efficient. When entering the room, amazing panorama of the runways appeared through the windows but extremely calm. Comfortable furnishings including king size bed and Nespresso in the room. Variety of home-cooked foods prepared for the breakfast. Only tiny disappointing was that coffee for the breakfast must be served by ourselves. Shuttle took us to the departure level directly that did not wait for any other parties.

"Good Airport Hotel"

Very convenient at the Paris CDG airport. It requires a airport shuttle train ride and short walk. They have a lot of shuttle buses to the various terminals. Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean. It does need some wear & tear updating as there is some damage that needs attention (especially in the bathroom). Overall, very comfortable and convenient.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel was comfortable. The staff was very helpful in solving some logistical issues we had when we stayed at the hotel. Their help was very valuable to us and I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again in the future when I am in Paris.

"Pullamn hotel at Paris airport'"

We stayed at this hotel based on the reputation of the brand and proximity to Charles de Gaulle airport. Upon following the directions at the airport we went to the pick up area fpr the hotel shuttle. Called the hotel on the courtesy phone andwere told to go to the airport and call them. We ended up walking to the hotel; from the airport in the rain, pulling 4 suitcases. The employees a the desk denied we had called them. Air conditioning in the room was not working properly and we were forced to use a table fan to cool the room. Staff in the bar and restaurant were not pleasant and welcoming. We were served water from a pitcher which was chipped and had very sharp edge at the spout. When we told the waiter this, he was rather surly . He did take the pitcher and bring us a new metal one. It seeems this hotel stays in business in spite of itself.

The only permitted off the remains of the TGV station in T2.Also, for your convenience and to better serve you, we kept the only regular rotation possible due to a shuttle every 15 minutes from 5:45 to 0:30, unless exceptional flooding the airport platform, reinforced by private shuttle available upon request at that station outside the times indicated and the station's PR CDG Val shuttle Airport.In addition, we encounter many difficulties in communication as we are awaiting news of ADP identifying whether on terminals to indicate the hotel shuttle or the CDG Val, as the access road (being finalized on August 2011) and pedestrians as is the case for us at the Park PR (created by the end of the year in a row to lead our hosted clients to the bus stop). In addition, the courtesy phone with a simple hook, we ask for almost three years now, should be installed this week.Also, be assured that we strive relentlessly to meet your expectations and facilitate your access to our hotel.Concerning the condition and equipment of some of our rooms and bathrooms as the atmosphere or design of some common places, corridors or outside, we wish to inform you that a renovation program is under consideration to develop new coatings, furniture, decorative elements and effective techniques and contemporary facilities corresponding to the image and expectations of our hotel chain 4 *. "Great service & excellent access to Charle de Gaulle (CDG) airport."

Allowed to check-in 5 hours early! (Wonderful after an all-night flight from the US.) Excellent bar menu-try the club sandwich! Food a bit expensive, but the access to CDG is priceless! Shuttle runs every 15 mins to airport terminals.
