"Very comfy beds!!"

As with all Accor hotels, the beds were divine, like sleeping on cloud! The hotel has regular shuttle cars too and from the airport. The pool and gym area is very nice, with great facilities. We ate at the restaurant, which was great. Service was good. I would recommend this hotel!View management response »

Check-in was easy enough. Bedrooms were clean and newly decorated. Shower could be improved upon, not a fan of having an open shower and absolutely no water pressure. Restaurant is terribly overpriced and main course did not arrive for over an hour, would have been cheaper, quicker and more appetizing to head into Paris. We were not informed of the ongoing renovations so were rudely awoken to drilling noises at 8am in the morning, it was not possible to do any business while staying at the hotel. The wireless did not work well. The hotel appears to have issues with its air conditioning in the rooms so therefore it was a sweaty, uncomfortable night. I certainly hope once the renovations are completed and the aircon is fixed the hotel can live up to its name.View management response »

"The hotel is too old"

From my point of view is not an hotel that should be under the Accor hotel standards. It is too old and the room was uncomfortable for people that are traveling for business. No desk, but only a round table.Also the service in the restaurant and at the front desk was poor.I will not stay there anymore.View management response »

"Better read tripadvisor before booking"

The hotel badly needs renovation but that is no excuse for service failures. To put guests in a half empty hotel into a room next to noisy dual purpose emergency and service doors requires a big question mark. Requested allergy bedding consisted of one single blanket as their were no covers without feathers. Towels were prepared for single occupancy, bathroom and cupboard doors were badly chipped, carpets had distinct signs of wear.The restaurant was in a converted bar area, many wines - the less costly - were out of stock, after complaints an alternative (simple white wine) was offered. Food was ok, not up to the standard of a 4star hotel though.Had we read tripadvisor before we would have chosen a different hotel. There are better ones of the same chain.

Stayed one night between arriving in Paris by train and taking my flight back to Asia. The hotel is actually not close to the airport but there is a shuttle every 30min during the day (15min for early birds).The hotel would need a bit of a refurbishment, the carpet look tired on the floors, the rooms too, except the TV and the bed. The rooms are well maintained, including the bathroom, which shows serious management. The bed is very comfortable.Bonus: internet is free and provided by Orange (free for surfing, higher bandwidth for a free) and the minibar contents is complimentary, AT LAST a four-star hotel which does not have the pettiness to charge 5 € for a coke.Staff was professional, efficient and friendly (at least for what I have seen, but usually not spending hours in front of them is a good sign :-)I put 5 dots for value, as you can have some pretty good deals being part of the AccorHotel "frequent sleeper" program, that was my case.

Overall a nice hotel, some touches of luxury amidst signs of wear on furniture and carpet which was wrinkled. Complicated coffee machine with no instructions. "Connectivity Lounge" computers down as well as airline check-in terminal machine in lobby. Would have been happy with less "luxury" and better functioning equipment.Female check-out clerk unhelpful and refused to accept my hotel voucher because it wasn't in euros. But it is supposed to be valid in their hotels at any location
"What a service disaster"

The shuttle bus service from the GARE TGV was not working when we arrived and no one from the hotel informed us neither by phone or email, even on the shuttle bus stop there was no information about the issue. Other shuttle buses where working as HILTON or Radisson.I managed to call the hotel and they informed that for some reason the shuttle was not working. This meant that I had to go with the airport CDGval train service to a station nearby the hotel, the only problem was that I had about 10 luggages and it is not possible to bring the trolleys. I had to leave all my luggage in the Baggage deposit service in the Gare TGC, meaning 140 Euros extra.Then once reached the hotel I was assigned a room with a faulty A/C, therefore room change in the middle of the day!!!.... Next day, same story, I had to go to the station of the CDGval train and go back to the Gare TGV to pick up my luggage!!!!....All this hassel with the same cost of a Suite in the SHERATON hotel inside the Gare TGV!!!..THEREFORE, WHAT A SERVICE DISASTER!!!.. NEVER EVER AGAIN!

Booked the Pullman Hotel to meet up and stay with a work colleague who had booked a few days before me. Paid for a luxury room with King Size bed and this equated to approx 280 euros per night but was upgraded when I arrived which was a nice surprise but this soon turned out t be not such a nice surprise. Apparently the rooms on floor 8 are meant to be an upgrade but the condition of this room was very poor with a dirty toilet and and paint work falling off the ceiling and walls. The room and bathroom was very tired and to be honest - budget rooms at a Pemier Inn were much better for a fraction of the price. When the rooms was cleaned on one occassion the cleaner had taken away all of the towels and not replaced them. I found one of the male receptionists and bar staff rude and because the Hotel is situated in the middle of two Motorways there are no options to walk anywhere to eat close by and so we had no choice but to use the restaurant within the hotel but the food was poor and the service even worse with orders being mistaken and replaced with other starters etc. Overall the experience was very poor especially for the money paid and I will make sure I do not stay there again or no member of my staff will. I feel the only way they can justify the high rates was because of the local exhibition.

I took an ealier than planned flight but could not cancel this reservation with a phone call early in the morning of my stay. As a business traveler, plans change and hotels need to be flexible. I will book with a more flexible hotel next time.
