Location was good however large amounts of mold / water damage in room near aircon there were marks on the ceiling and the wall where old brown water has obviously ran down the walls. room was very noisey and could hear everything outside the hotel going past and in the corridor including a cat in a unit somewhere meowing early morning. A lot of noise from the restaurant in the early morning with cutlery, plates and music. The shower head / water pressure was terrible it was a dribble. Have stayed here before and it wasn’t this experience so I’m guessing it might be just the room I stayed in this time.

I was assisted with having my excessive luggage looked after and when my flight home was cancelled, Pauline, Tim and the staff made sure I was rebooked and was able to keep my room. It was a stressful time, but they made everything easier, which made a difference for me as a patron. Thank you.
