Comfortable rooms, good service, a very nice restaurant and only about 4 minutes away from Toulouse Airport. Wish we had our bathing suits, as they also had a quiet indoor pool and fitness area.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel...very funky modern style, beautifully decorated room, spectacular bathroom with rainhead shower and tile, incredibly comfortable king size bed with great linens, but the first room I was given smelled horribly of stale cigarette smoke, the second room better. However, the second room did not have it's in-room coffee supplies restocked, which turned out to be an apparent hassle for the hotel staff. We requested more coffee supplies in the afternoon for the Nespresso machine, only to have the staff bring the wrong cartridges...she said she would return with the correct ones, but never did. In the morning, we asked again for more coffee cartridges, only to have no one come. My partner finally knocked on the manager's door to explain our difficulties....she immediately brought us new coffee supplies. I had a second night booked in this hotel for later in the week, already prepaid, but was so unimpressed that we stayed two hours out of Toulouse and drove in early in the morning to the airport instead of staying nearby. Beautiful hotel, but the service does not match the price or the decor. Did not eat in the hotel because we were disappointed with the afternoon service.

The hotel is close to the airport, and across the street from Airbus, where I had my appointments. I understand there is a shuttle-bus to/from the airport, but I didn't use that.The rooms are very nice, the bed is very comfortable. Wifi internet for free. The restaurant is nice, although not too cheap. I'm always amazed to be charged EUR22 for breakfast, i.e. a cup of coffee and a sandwich. "But he, you put it on your expense-note anyway... "There is no gift-shop, and when I needed batteries for my mouse the front-desk directed me to the airport...

Complimentary transport to and from Airport was convenient and very courteous.Room which was advertised as a business package was clean and comfortable but work desk was small and inadequate (difficult to fit a laptop on)Restaurant was OK but average

Comparing to other Pullman Hotels I was not satified at all in relation of a room price of 200EUR:Long response time at the receipton.No drink voucher received as a Favorit guest member.Old room which needs to be renovated. In the bath room certain parts where broken or not working.
